Is it a good time to buy an iphone? i'm at the att store and they're offering me a 3gs for 99 dollars.

do you guys think there will be a new iphone out this summer?

Buy it!!! you'll have the latest and greatest for the next hour and 10 minutes and all for $99

What are the chances of an iMac update being announced today? It's due, isn't it? And I'm holding off buying one...

Considering this is for developers and other professionals in the industry, probably none. The Mac Pro on the other hand, I expect will get an announcement.

I wonder how many more people are going to ask this question. Its been asked a million times now for the last two weeks, you guys can't just wait another hour to find out?

With all those rainbow colors.......

......maybe the idea of multi-colored iPhones isn't quite so far off.

Will be taking studying and taking a test. Wake me up in 4 hours.

EDIT:

Great minds think alike. ;)
I'd love to be here for every minute but I've found that after years of disappointments it's best to come in about 15-30 minutes in. Afterward is just damage control.

Now I'm off.

can't wait... sorry to my boss as nothing is going to get done until the event is over.

Think yourself lucky these things happen in the morning where you are.

I've got all day to wait,

Still it's a nice thing to tune into of an evening out on the deck with a cool beer.

I know I'm wasting my time here but... is there any chance that everyone could maybe keep their expectations at least semi-realistic for this one?

It's a dev conference first and foremost. You'll hear about the new iPhone for sure but anything else is a bonus. Don't expect new hardware, don't expect new services, don't expect a diamond-covered magic mouse and maybe you'll actually be surprised and happy if and when some of that does appear....

Just a thought.

Well, I haven't been sat around for 2 weeks reading forums, so I missed those other 2 million times. And if someone knew for sure, one way or another, then it would save me watching the whole thing.

A lot of us have been saying this for the last 2 weeks, but it hasn't stopped the flood of noobs from continually asking anyways. I'm just going to start being rude, if they can't be bothered to search for a question that they know has been asked then I don't see the point in being very nice. They are just wasting forum space.

Your join date says April 2010, surely that's wrong after such a post??
