How can some people be perpetually disappointed by each and every conference.

And yet, they're multi-Apple product toting, competition bashing, forum-doting devotees that require a separate "no spoilers" page while getting sick at work over missing the "event".

Why the dichotomy? Deep down they know how ridiculous they are. Well, probably not that deep really.

Wave

Are any places doing live coverage via google wave? The coverage during Google I/O on wave was pretty slick.

twit is covering it as well starting at (9:42) according to their calendar. I think Tom Merritt will be the one hosting.

Well, I haven't been sat around for 2 weeks reading forums, so I missed those other 2 million times. And if someone knew for sure, one way or another, then it would save me watching the whole thing.

how would anybody on this website possibly know for sure?

I Feel That

ive got math finals tmrw could the timing be any worse

bring on the new iphone =)

Every time Apple came out with something new or an announcement, I had something major going on with school. Just graduated, so now my time is free, at least until Grad school. YOU CAN DO IT!

Ha, I love how Gruber makes his predictions without explicitly stating it:

It’s a few short hours before the keynote, and what strikes me about this year’s WWDC isn’t any specific rumor or impending announcement. Not the iPhone HD. Not the never-before-seen features in OS 4. Not the new Apple TV. Not the update to Safari with an extension API and “Reader” mode.

Final Predictions

Not necessarily in this order:

new Mac mini (could be major upgrade with i3 processors)
new "magic pad" (sounds like an infomercial product)
iPhone OS4 and new iPhone
App store updates along with developer news (new features of iPhone/OS)

It would be incredibly stupid of Apple to call it the iPhone HD... I don't think they're that careless.

Yeah, no way they'd ever officially refer to the iPad as "magical" either.

Of COURSE it'll be "iPhone HD". Don't be silly.

Audio Coverage Streaming for iPhone

Anybody know of a way to get the audio of the coverage on my iPhone? I'm going to be on the road and would love to listen.

In the first photo of this post, on the top right side, is that a covered banner of some sort?
