No. Apple Stores can now restore inhouse assuming something goes wrong, unlike the old days when you had to mail the thing into Apple and hope they didn't lecture you about running Beta software without a dev account.

Good to know. They used to consider public beta users as the same class as jailbreakers. Last time I went to store with an issue I had to fight to get a restore. I do it myself now.
