I can definitely see the professional uses of this. Architects, designers, civil engineers, video creators etc.

And it's the first iteration of this device. In 5 years it will be the size of a pair of wayfarers.

These don’t seem all that different from what can be done with other VR headsets, but are just way more expensive And you can see through them.
