voice control and voice over, just AWESOME

now that could be a way to change songs when I am running..because touching a screen isn't as easy as a cklick wheel.

But we're talking about Apple's implementation of it. Big difference.

If it's anything like the implementation that is currently in OS X then it will be terrible for everyone who doesn't have the same accent as the programmer who wrote it...

Quite underwhelming so far...

The notebooks:

New screen & battery are nice, sd card vs. express slot is hardly an upgrade, new lower entry price is good, but a 4 pound 15" inch with only integrated graphics is not that great value @ 1699. The lack of a GPU upgrade is my single, biggest concern: Now that GPGPU is finally getting some exposure, basically the entire portable lineup is stuck with medium/low end implementations of a (nearly) 2 generations old architecture.

The OS:

Nothing earth-shattering here (don't get me wrong, most of what's shown is nice and well, but was known well in advance). Exchange support is great, though. The relatively cheap upgrade was also a given, considering the nature of snow leopard.

IPhone OS 3.0:
Same as Snow Leopard: Some really nice things here (most of them well known). Fixed a few glaring holes (MMS, etc.)

IPhone 3GS:

Nice, but also quite predictable, ARM Cortex, IT next gen GPU upgrade,

hoping for the one last thing...

Battery Kicks Butt!!!!
