Most Android users I know have Macbooks. Apple is more than iOS (for a few more years anyway).
Yessss. File folders are a must. Better notifications and widgets would be great as well.

Apple will never add file system brower on iOS because that makes it easier for hackers to do jailbreak and other stuff, or thats my guess...
