Yessss. File folders are a must. Better notifications and widgets would be great as well.

they have a task manager already. Double tap the home screen + Press and Hold App + hit the red close button. I mean you dont even need to, but incase you want to, you can....and thats all android task managers do...just close apps
I think some people forget that the same iOS is used for iPhone and iPad. Unlike Android where each device has it's own custom version... so, thinking of it this way, the iPhone does not really need file folders, but the iPad does. Without a file system, the iPad is limited.
So, point being, when they said "overkill" I think they were just thinking iPhone.
I mentioned it in passing earlier but, for greatest implementation, the sweet spot price wise for a new Time Capsule is $99. They have surely seen that to be the case with Apple TV.

I have been using MobileMe, but never give it out as my email address. It reeks of poor taste & insecurity.
It is looking quite likely there will not be a new iPhone shown tomorrow, this is a huge mistake as I see it. I hope Apple enjoys the ride now, they're not going to be on top forever.

Apple will never add file system brower on iOS because that makes it easier for hackers to do jailbreak and other stuff, or thats my guess...
Also SAFARI needs more options!!!!!! Like adding Top Sites and other stuff. Im guessing this will happen.

if you haven't realized, the iDevices have been jailbroken for some time now....
looks like apple has their own WWDC wifi for the developers after last years little problem with the iphone 4

hopefully iPhone 5 world phone is tucked away in there somewhere as a surprise with NFC. Also- hopefully iOS 5 has some way to change the text tone notification without requiring a jailbreak. PLEASE!
