Camera filters? Like... a built-in instagram? *facepalm*

My God, the smartphone industry is going nowhere... so glad I don't have one!

They have. Via optional apps for those that feel they have a need for them. Not everyone does so why force it on them. This ain't the Microsoft Surface after all

Maybe you misunderstood what I was trying to say. Probably my fault I should have said integrate instead of work in my original post .

'Titbit' people. 'Titbit'. Not tidbit.

Why does the syllable 'tit' seem to be intrinsically rude to anyone across the pond! :p

On a related note, looking forward to all of this - iRadio sounds especially interesting, although I hope it's more Spotify than Pandora.

The iRadio or what ever is starting to get really interesting. I could see me being able to kill my satellite radio account.

Tim Cook said Ive was "really key" to iOS 7 so he should be on stage whether he really wants to or not. I'm sure other execs aren't all that crazy about being on stage either.

i totally understood what you were saying. But you seem to have missed a big part of what I said. Which was that not everyone needs it so why bloat up things for all of us.

if anything they need to be removing a lot more of that's in there and letting us get what we need and skip what we don't.

I carry an iPhone 4/4s, still, even to this day... occasionally, as I often switch amongst several phones, regardless, and as such, I still consider myself an iPhone fan.

That said, if this is all iOS 7 has to offer... some new photo filters and a new set of icons... possibly even as radical an idea as scrollable wallpaper... then Apple is F'd.

I'm not saying there isn't a huge market still, every woman over the age of 40 I know still wants an iPhone. But everyone else I know is starting to show some serious interest in the HTC One and Galaxy S4.

What I'm getting at is, they really need to blow our minds again or theres going to be rough waters ahead.

I sure hope they don't put filters in the camera app. Those things are freaking ugly. What's the point in making every photo look like aged paper from the 1930s? I cringe whenever looking through instagram.

Why don't you read all the rumor stories instead of just reading one and then jumping to a conclusion?

Judgment people, you exercise no judgment.

I have read all the rumor stories... there's nothing very revolutionary about any of them. I'm not saying Apple doesn't have something really great planned, I'm hopeful they do... but my point stands, if they don't, they're in trouble.

So true. Also the reason the iPhone is losing its popularity with younger people. Fortunately for Apple (for now), most teenagers don't find the alternatives to be that great.

Apple TV - Fairly Useless

I have two Apple TV's just because it is the easiest way and only device that allows me to play my large collection (have 250 of them) of Digital Copy movies on my TV. Other than that is is a really awful media box. Very limited selections and the only content you can really play on it is Netflix and iTunes. Don't even get me started on how flaky and awful AirPlay is.

I really hope Apple opens up and allow people to develop apps for it so we can finally get stuff like Prime, Vudu, HBO Go, etc. All my internet enabled devices PS3, HDTVs, Xbox, Blu-ray players offer this. On Apple TV - Netflix, YouTube, Flickr and iTunes. BFD.
