I see Apple TV relegated to a September iPod event. Those are getting boring now and Apple TV would help spice it up. Of all their products, it's the most desperate in need of an upgrade.

Would love Hulu integrated into Apple TV (not via Boxee, but TRULY intergrated)

Hmmm. Note the NTB on the top 2009 device. Looks like NeTBook to me. Anyone know if NTB stands for something else?

A quick google into wikipedia produced:

NTB may refer to:
Non-tariff barriers to trade
Norsk Telegrambyrå, the leading news agency in Norway
The IATA code for Notodden Airport, Tuven, in Norway
notebook

I'm gunna say it probably means notebook out of that list...

Although it could just be some kind of store stock acronym, like "shopfloor display model", but in German.

I haven't been this excited for a keynote in a while. It's sounding like it will be a solid presentation. I really hope there are some pleasant surprises, like maybe a cinema display update.

Haven't said this in a while but come on Monday!

You know what concerns me?

IF it really is an iPhone Video, and IF those leaked shots of the case are real, how come there is no space on the back for a flash for the camera? Something that is so important for a "video" device..

Or maybe those cases are for the cheaper model?

Lots of questions.. But the also rumored 5.0meg camera might be for the video with a - as yet - unseen case?

Hmm...so that Snow Leopard banner indicates that the OS X logo isn't changing, which leads me to believe that we will not be seeing a new interface with 10.6. The only other time the logo didn't change was 10.0-10.1, which didn't sport interface tweaks. But 10.1 was also free...

I wouldn't care if the interface didn't change if we get is a faster more stable OS X. I think OS X Leopard is very stable as it, but if :apple: can cut some of the fat... man it would rock!

Doesn't look like much'll change unless they show us "Marble" durring the Keynote.

Also, does anyone know what was said here: MacTalk.com.au was issued a cease and desist for their Vodafone End-of-Life's iPhone story.

I don't believe the iPhone will actually go on sale tomorrow. Thoughts?

I bet they will announce a new iPhone on Monday but it will not go on sale until a few weeks later. Apple loves the lines to form, which will not happen if they say "they are on sale right now!"

Mate! What makes you think we speak German in The Netherlands, from watching Allo Allo it's safe to assume the British speak better German (and Italian... and French...) than we do :)

To be totally complete.... we speak (and are) Dutch. Just like the Flemish (they are in Belgium, another country on the continent), the Netherlands Antilles, Suriname and South Africa (Afrikaans is originated from 17th century Dutch)... I thought the pommies would know?!

Man, Dutch and German are two different things

I guess your gonna get more replies to your silly remark...

For those who were worried, here is a photo (above) of a banner for Snow Leopard

We saw banners like this last year, IIRC, and Macs and OS X were barely of the keynote. Still looks iPhone-centric to me. The iPhone's a great product but this says one things to me: boring.

I think the iPhone Video (if called so) is only names video because it can record video, not because it has a front facing camera. But it would be awesome if it has one!

Monday is iPhone OS 3.0 for sure (available immediately)

iPhone hardware announcement of iPhone Video / 3G V2 / etc. (going on sale the end of June)

SL updates that the average consumer will see, not just telling us about the same Grand Central / OpenGL we already know about (with a release date set to late July / August. If they aren't on gold master yet, we obviously aren't getting it for awhile)

And then "one more thing..."

;45 minutes of how Appl ehas grown and more self patting on the back, followed but amount of customers visiting the store in these hard ecomonic times (NO MENTION OF WHO PURCHASED THOUGH), more self patting, lat part of show about iPhones, ugggg.

Gone are the days of cutting edge hardware. ..

sigh.

Here are a collection of news and rumors in the last days leading up to WWDC:

- For those who were worried, here is a photo (above) of a banner for Snow Leopard "The World's Most Advanced Operating System" in Moscone West. Adam Jackson also posted a video of the entrance of Moscone West which is now covered in iPhone App icons.
- We've heard that Build 10A380 is likely to be the Snow Leopard build given to developers on Monday. The last build provided to developers was 10A354.
- Tweakers.net reports that the Dutch T-Mobile System lists 5 new iPhone models labeled as "iPhone 2009". These include: 16GB and 32GB models in black and white as well as one with no size given.

- MacTalk.com.au was issued a cease and desist for their Vodafone End-of-Life's iPhone story.
- Gear Live believes that the new iphone will be called "iPhone Video" and availability will be limited at first.
- DoubleTwist has managed to place an ad right under the San Francisco Apple store by renting the window from the BART transit system. Another picture showing where the subway opens to ground.

WWDC kicks off with a keynote speech by Phil Schiller on Monday, June 8th, 2009. MacRumors will have live coverage on MacRumorsLive of the keynote along with photos. We also have a Spoiler Free notification system in place to watch the video later.

It's in Dutch, so it could be:
- 'Nader Te Bepalen' (to be determined)
- 'Niet Te Bestellen' (can't order)
or maybe:
- 'Niet Te Betalen' (horribly expensive) :p

ROFL! Interesting choices! I think I prefer NeTBook!

This isn't the DaVinci Code. You're reading way too much into it. That's like saying you expect the iPhone os 3.0 banner to show the new iPhone. Apple is not going to ruin the keynote by showing everything beforehand.

Care to explain how a "FLASH" be important for a "VIDEO" device?
