I wasted time with the confusing upgrade/trade-in. The rep I spoke to said they are working on a way to allow current customers the ability to upgrade without going into the store to trade-in and admitted it's confusing so many iPhone customers. It was so simple with her.

Ordered my 12 Pro on Oct.21. FedEx said it will be in my hands tomorrow. Can't wait.
I ordered my IPhone 12 pro max in gold on November 12th with a b/o date being November 27th then changing to December 11th. Received an email from Fed ex today saying it’s shipped out and will be here November 27th. So they are receiving them in.
I placed my Pacific Blue 12 Pro Max on Nov. 21 and its ship date is listed for Dec. 11. Glad you're getting yours early!

Hi @Mzsunshine69 i have the same estd delivery date for today and now they are telling me they still don’t have the phone restocked so I won’t be receiving it they didn’t provide me a need estimated date. Did you receive any update on your end
Last year I got my iPhone 11 Pro Max in an Xfinity store on launch day. This year, the store didn’t have any 12 Pro Max In stock. For anyone who has ordered from Xfinity’s online store over the last 2 years. Did you ever get your iPhone earlier than the date they expected it to ship or around the date you were first told? Thanks in advance.
Ordered my unlocked 12 Mini last Sunday from Apple. Delivered Tuesday and popped my Xfinity SIM card in it and was good to go. 👍🏻
I ordered it directly from Apple. When I ordered it showed it to be delivered on Tuesday, 2 days later, which it did.

If you purchase an new Apple phone on an existing Mobile line between October 16 and January 4, 2021, you may receive a $250 prepaid card for each Apple phone you activate. The Prepaid Card reward will be sent within 16-18 weeks of service activation. To qualify for your reward, you must maintain your Mobile services for 90 days and keep your account in good standing.
in other words none of us will get it for other 90 days or so
Ordered my iPhone 12 128GB as a line upgrade on October 16th and received my $250 prepaid card on 11/23. Earliest I have ever received a prepaid card from Xfinity.
I have never seen one that fast.
I ordered mine on Oct. 18th, received the phone on Nov. 24th and was told it would be 90 days before I receive the card.
My billing says "Pending fulfillment eligibility" Dated Nov. 23rd.
Christmas would be nice.
