Actually, the lack of FaceID could be an advantage if you’re okay with a Fingerprint Sensor. It could lead to the smallest bezels via having the sensor under the glass. All you need is a small cutout for a lens.

Except the majority of mobile devices today still retain the 3.5mm jack. Unless Apple starts using aptX HD like other handsets have now, BT on the iPhone is never going to sound as good or no latency as wired.

I have NO problem with inspiration. Neither does Apple (well, Ive at least).

So when Apple does it it is "Inspired" when others do it is copied.

It is very beautiful, it looks very powerful. The price is good for a smartphone with such a large amount of memory and the presence of the latest SOC date!

Nope. But a large device like that is for audio professionals who use high end headphones for their editing or production etc. An iPhone isnt meant to be that type of device so the lack of headphone jack is warranted. AirPods or whatever BT headphones more than make up for not having a jack. Don't like it? Go get an S9 or a Huawei or Xiaomi where they cater to the 2-3 people who actually care about a jack.

Xiaomi is scary though, I heard some chinese OEM's like Xiaomi include spyware on their devices, stay safe.

Keeping a technology for the sake of keeping it is wrong and bad for the evolution of the products. The minijack is the worst possible connection when it comes to sound quality. The unfortunate thing is that we are used to it and we have difficulties letting it go! Enough already, let us move towards digital connection with external high quality dacs and hi-res recording, mastering and streaming!
