I am 17, and I figure she's 15. Yet, she's only one grade below me (10th). And it's not like I went up to her and said "hey there, you sexy thang!", she contacted me. I asked her out, she said "okay".
I'd perfer if she was 16, or 17, but sometimes you gotta live with what you get. 😉

This was cute until I read how old you were.

Shake her off IMO. You'll be in college far far away and she'll be at high school. The girls in college will look better every day of you freshmen year until you break. But sounds like your a Junior, so maybe you could still get 2 years of a nice relationship, but I found High School ones just a waste of time. *EDIT* You are about to be a Senior looking at getting into colleges. This makes it a bit harder to do since your girlfriend will have little interest in you going far away. If she was older you guys could look at places together***

Even though she came up to you, it doesn't make it much better.

Then you turn 18 and shes 16. You screw up ones or something and then your in deep **** or if the parents don't like you and really wanna **** you.


oh man, I am full of gloom and doom. I wish I didn't finish the topic. I thought you were younger lol.

Well, I am actually not going to far for college anyway (don't want to). And as for her parents not likeing me, that's a problem that will be easy to solve ('cause I'm just such a likable guy).
For example, my friend told me that I'm the only friend that she lets come over to the house while she's not at home. That is how awesome I am with parents. 😀

You see, this is a perfect question to ask. It's all about HOW you ask it. If it were me, I would say something like, "You know, I bet you have a great name, if only I knew how to pronounce it."

Make it into a fun game. Don't feel awkward.

I think I'll use something like that, but it would probably come out better if I make something up on the spot though, right?

Nah, but don't be creepy and drop band names every three seconds, as well as her "Favorite Interests" since you read them on her profile. That'd be creepy.
 
Well this is all rather awkward. Just be yourself, talk about things you like to talk about, and ask her about things too. Get her talking.. 🙂 Simple. If you like each other, you like each other. If you don't, you don't.

Makes sense. I just wanted to get a better idea of what kind of person she is. I get nervous around people I don't know to much about.
 
Just don't get so nervous that you end up getting sick on her, that would not be a good move.😱

I know, I am a bit weird. I tend to use that countdown widget quite often. It's a good way to remind myself of deadlines.
 
Woohoo! I just met her. I wanted to get to know her before wednesday, so I wouldn't be as nervous. She's really cool. For those who don't know, my school is divided into 4 buildings, and we are in seperate buildings, so for lunch, I walked across campus to her building, and we ate lunch outside (LOL, I totally forgot to eat though 😀).
She seems like an awesome girl. We had a few awkward moments (most caused by her friends). I could have stayed there and talked all day, but I had to go back since lunch was over. Though I did stay an extra 3 minutes. (I'm such a rebel 🙄 )
 
Way to go ghall! I guess I can take down my countdown widget then.
