you sure are on a mission, i think ill order one of your cases so i can destroy it in the forum, thats a crappy way to sell your products

No mission at all. Just stating the truth about the poor quality of the Chinao cases I have and have seen.

Pure junk. And I don't sell any products on this forum. Do your research. I'm sure your smart enough to figure that out.

You are the only shill here Kevin!

I received the Chinao case for my Ipad 2 and thank you for your quick delivery. The case is nice but the leather is cut crooked and the front cover does not lay closed in the correct position to use the magnetic feature to turn off the Ipad. Also, the front cover has some marks on it that look like minor stains. The stains are not that big of an issue, but the magnetic issue is because the Ipad turns off sometimes, and not other times.

Please advise me on the best way to return the case for a refund. I have ordered from you in the past, and was happy with my Yoobao Magic case for my Ipad 1, but this Chinao case is not up to the same quality of the Yoobao. Once i receive the refund, i may be looking to order another case from you. Thanks again.

As I stated before, I was happy with kevins customer service, but not happy with the product.

Product description
Color: Dark Wheat (Please note that each case has its own personality due to the natural patterns in cowhide and please understand that these are not processed tanned leather that demand a higher price, these have a slight rustic look to them, and the color varies. Some areas are darker than others because of them being natural cowhide. Please if your looking for a $200+ tanned leather case then this may not be the case for you)

I can read. I didn't expect a case like the Vaja Libretto, but I did expect better quality than what i received. Like I said, I was happy with the Yoobao magic case, which actually cost less than the chinao case.

Again...the chino a was junk. The Yoobao was nice.

And....my case had stains on it, not just variations in the leather color.

Have a nice day enjoy what you do you do it well, and if you could read you would post in a CHINAO Thread not a yoobao since you are happy with their products

Like I said, we all make mistakes Kevin.
At least I don't hijack threads here on this forum by going into Vaja Libretto threads and asking if anyone tried an alternative such as your case, and then posting a link to your own retail site . It is so obvious. Obviously you were banned from this forum for a reason. Maybe it will happen again with a little help from the forum members who know better.

And yes I am now on a mission now. You figure it out Kevin.

Getting back on track...

I have a Yoobao iSlim case and have been using it since early August. It is a good case for the money. I think it is a pretty good compromise between price and quality. The case offers good light protection. It is no Otter Box for protection, but it does not triple the thickness of the iPad either. The magnetic on/off feature works well except for the fact that, when folded over, the magnetic sometimes turns the screen off from the back. The case did not fit with my Wrapsol skin on the back.

Overall this is a good case and the one I am currently using.

well I'm glad you think so others think differently

Chinao Leather Vaja Clone
I finally received Chinao's Vaja Clone in Black Leather yesterday. I bought it as a gift for a friend but I snuck my ipad in it and took some quick pictures to post here. I purchased it from the person that we're not allowed to mention. If you google "chinao ipad 2" the website I bought it from comes up first in the search results.

I'm very happy with it! If I didn't already own a Vaja Libretto I would pick this over it considering that I paid $160 for my Vaja. I wish this was released a couple of months ago before I ordered the Vaja!

Here are some quick thoughts...

It's very professional looking and would be very appropriate for a business meeting. There's no chemical smell; it has a very faint leather smell to it. The leather has a nice feel to it; there isn't a lot of padding but it feels good. There is a magnet for auto sleep/wake. When the cover is folded over the back I couldn't trigger the sleep/wake. The interior is a soft grey microfiber. All port cutouts perfectly line up. The stitching is really nice. I really like the care they took when wrapping the leather into the corners (look at picture #5 below). When I shook the ipad upside down it didn't fall out. When the case is in the typing and video viewing positions it's very sturdy and secure.

The Wheat is fantastic Really liking the color...its a good change ya know? From standard issue black/brown leathers.

Recent Reviews: Zoogue BinderPad iPad 2 Case

I received my Chinao wheat case today; I absolutely LOVE it!. I had originally ordered it to provide the extra protection I need for travelling, but it looks so fabulous, I might just make this my primary case. (I also have the Rivet, Vaja style case, which looks good, but does not protect the corners as well).
The quality and the color of this wheat leather is really gorgeous, holes line up perfectly, so far no negatives I can think of, even though the back flap is something different to what I am used to.
Highly recommended!

I received mine also. Love it. Fit is good and it looks great

Just got my Chinao leather wheat case today, and I'm totally impressed with this case. The leather is very high quality, and looks, feels, and smells wonderful. The leather is thicker than a lot of leather cases, but the case is still very slim with the iPad in it. The iPad fits tightly and perfectly, and the inside is very soft and nice. The cover also doesn't move around as you carry it, which activates the sleep/wake (which really annoys me). I actually like and now prefer the small border that's around the screen, as it makes it easier to hold the iPad and gives it more grip. This case is very bit as nice as much higher-priced cases.

Oh, I forgot to mention! This afternoon, I was running around, getting last minute stuff for my trip. I did not leave my iPad in the car because of the heat, and wouldn't ya know it.....dropped it on the concrete floor of a store! I swear, there was a collective *Gasp* of at least 6 people in line with me....it landed with a thud on the bottom corner, then smacked face down. I am sooooooo happy to say, NOT one teensy li'l scratch/ding/crack! My Chinao case behaved perfectly. If the iPad was in my other case, with the clip-on open bezel, it would, I am sure, have gone bouncing out and about.

I agree, it not only looks good, it is great protection.

I have totally stopped looking for the perfect iPad case after receiving my Chinao Wheat case. It's a perfect fit, looks and feels great outside and inside, very slim, cover folds underneath flat, easy to grip, looks a lot more expensive than it was.

Sorry i don't have all day to post them all

and yes i received my Yoobao Magic case yesterday for the i pad 2 love it as well except the last notch for the lower viewing angle does not hold well the other 2 are great and the typing position is perfect. i don't use the lower angle so no biggie and i see a $35 case as a $35 case. Thats why i have so many of them. I also don't say a manufacturer is low quality based on a single purchase. i just had my new $1900 13" MBA replaced due to a cosmetic flaw but that happens.

I base my opinions on first hand experience, not what others say. I could find tons of negative reviews on Chinao cases and post them here just like you posted the positive ones, but no one is interested in reading all that.

I see you were banned from the Zoom forums as well for doing the same thing.

Do the right thing and pay for some advertising like everyone else does, and stop joining every tech forum on the net and signing up under multiple fictitious names just to push your products.

You are so transparent Kevin / Tabitha, or whatever you call yourself.
