that's because you're running a Mac. Not always efficient.

Flash interferes with $teve Job$ maximizing his profit in the app store. Content must come from the app store. Angry Birds in Flash? No thanks says $teve Job$. Keep people funneling through the app store. There are a hell of alot of Flash games/videos out there which $teve doesn't want you to have access to.

It's already been shown Flash mobile isn't half as bad as $teve claims. His ego and his wallet won't allow Flash to ever come to iOS, unless of course you jailbreak and download from certain sources.

Are those... dollar signs instead of the letter S? We all know what those things mean. Almighty, guns blazing! Just gonna go and spend my iPad money on a clunky Android tablet, can't wait to blow through the battery in half an hour just so I can play Tower Defense or Mini Golf in the browser. That's going to be awesome. For about half an hour.

Slashtop app $.99. (RDP app vs a browser, but gets the job done)

I watch Hulu and any site I want, flash video/sound and all. Hulu is about all I use it for, but it works much better than Skyfire imo.

I've used the iPad for probably 80% of my web viewing and anymore (outside of Hulu) don't even think about Flash or run into issues with a site not having it. Most flash based site's I visited such as ABC, CBS, ESPN etc... either have apps or have converted to iPad friendly sites.

Not once have I encountered a scenario where I needed or wanted flash on an iOS device.
I would not say I never encounter it. There are auto makers that use it to "build your own vehicle" and Amazon uses it on some of their products. I would say that the times I need it are few and far between.

As was mentioned above, I use Splashtop Remote for those times I really need to see it. I also have Skyfire (bought it more for curiousity than anything else), but I prefer Splashtop by a mile. I tried Skyfire to pull up an Amazon product video and it said it did not detect a video on the page.

Like many people, I would have been happier if it had an on/off switch for Flash, but it is not a big deal for me. Not having it is a mild inconvenience that may happen once every two or three months. It would not play into any decision on which product to buy. As it is, I just fire up Splashtop and watch the video being streamed from my computer.

So is there any way to get flash content except skyfire? Frash seems to be a bust cause it doesn't support 4.2.1 and now 4.3 is coming out. I'm not a fan of flash but doesn't mean a lot of the content I need to access isn't flash already.

Also I'd like to watch megavideo streaming cause I have an account and watch shows that way but so far, skyfire does not support that.
