Well then point out another phone and I will explain why it doesn't compare.

and no it doesn't stand because there are many people who report that they have no stutter on their Plus and it behaves as we expect, aka super fast, smooth and flawlessly. The people who have no lag are the majority therefore it is reasonable to assume its software related and not like the processor can't handle the screen which is what you wish would happen or be true.

Why would I wish the phone to be subpar? I'm an iphone user I just think that your close mindedness is silly.

Wouldn't be fair for me to pick the nexus 5 it's a year old already, but wait less than a month (probably) and we'll have the nexus 6. That should be directly compared to the 6+.

It's funny because I felt it pulling my hair out as well my sideburns, when I just got it. It went away soon after maybe my hairs are all filled in the inner bezels gaps. LOL

----------

People just want their 15 minutes of fame at the expense of Apple.

How so when people have confirmed it happening? Folks here included we are all just liars right? Nobodys calling for a recall but you fanboys are ridiculous.

I have a beard and experience no such issues. I also used the Speck Candy Shell Grip and Apple leather case with no issues. Can't speak for the hair part as I am bald.

People just need to stop whining

Beardgate is here! Guys get their beard caught in IP6+ \s

Yes....you read that right. Beadgate is here. Guys getting the beards caught in their iPhone 6+ /sarcasm

Just as it looked like the iPhone 6 Plus was getting past the not-exactly-fatal “Bendgate” controversy, yet another scandal has popped up that could further damage the device’s reputation… but probably won’t. We’re referring, of course, to “Beardgate,” an issue that was flagged by a 9to5Mac community member who claims that the iPhone 6 Plus “keeps yanking out my hair when I’m making call,” which is apparently happening because his facial hair is getting stuck in “the seam between the glass and aluminum.”

At first, the 9to5Mac community member thought this painful flaw was just something that affected him. However, he went on Twitter and quickly found no fewer than three fellow bearded travelers who were also experiencing the same problem.

“My hair keeps getting caught in the microscopic seam between glass and aluminum on my iPhone 6,” wrote one.

“The seam on my iPhone 6 where the aluminum meets the glass is definitely catching my hair and pulling it out,” wrote another.

While we have no doubt that getting your hair pinched slightly when you move your phone away from your face does hurt, we tend to doubt that this will be the kind of all-encompassing scandal that will force Tim Cook to issue a formal apology. Nonetheless, we shouldn’t be surprised to see videos over the next few days of gadget YouTubers who are testing out the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus to see if it’s really as deadly to facial hair as these users claim — and, more importantly, whether the Galaxy Note series is more friendly to the world’s bearded community.

What if the vibrator motor turns on at the same time? Will it shave? iShave, coming to a barber shop near you.

On a side note... I don't have i6, but can anyone verify: can iPhone's speaker grill be used as toothpick holder?

#toothpickgate

I have the IP6 and can verify......speaker grill can hold a toothpick!

Or a cheese grater.

Well, I laughed at this thread when I saw it earlier, but it just happened to me! It seemed to be a single hair, it was up by my ear and not my beard (I don't have one), and it didn't hurt or annoy me anywhere near enough to make a thread about it. But since a thread already exists... :)

That would be called an AppiLady, the more modern version of the Epilady from back in the 80's.

I sincerely hope this thread ends up on page 2 of MR in the next few minutes, then page 3 shortly thereafter, and so on and so on and so on.

I am consistently amazed at the stupidity of America.

Which is on me. It really shouldn't be surprising anymore.

REALLY!!!! What else are they gonna complain about? And why in the world does the OP feel this is important enough to start a thread.

This comment from that article sums it up best.

"This happened with my beard with several Android devices as well. It also happens with shirts, scarves and pretty much anything with a tooth, gap or stickiness.

My suggestion, it’s life, get the ******* over it. Stop complaining, next thing you know, someone will blame them for not getting pregnant, because they couldn’t put it down."

I was testing the issue -- I noticed my beard gets caught in that seem pretty easily, but my actual hair doesn't. Not an issue for me in normal use, but everybody's hair is different

it's official, the dumbing down of the worlds population has commenced

I blame reality tv programs like Idol and Jersey Shore....
