On my 50 mbps down/20 up Cox premier cable I get about 22-28 down and 12-16 up on my Air. Very happy with the speed but I do get 45+Mbps on my Retina MBP

Cablevision 101/35

Never get the full 35 from ipad and iPhone. Only get it from the computer, whether it's wired or wireless, for some reason

Just got a bump from COX from 25/2 to 50/10 Mbps, but it does better than that. My iPad 4 is now fast enough to hit the same marks as my rMBP. It connects to the AEBS at its max of 150 Mbps, so I don't think there's much more real-world headroom than the 65 Mbps it's hitting on Speedtest.

I'll have the iPad Air later today, and don't expect anymore from the ISP, but doing LAN transfers and syncing will be nice with the MIMO wifi (I expect it will connect to the access point at 300 Mbps).

I find the Wifi to be significantly faster. This is at my office where we have 100 Meg fiber Internet.

I got 19.06Mbps even though my home network is 18Mbps!! All my other devices laptop and desktop only get around 15-16Mbps most of the time. The iPad air is very impressive with wifi range and speed!!

I am getting 42/28 on my FIOS 35/35 plan (not sure why I get more bandwidth than I am paying for but I am not complaining!).

I believe most people get more from their service provider than what they say in download speeds. I get 55-60 download on my PC when I have a 50 download from my ISP.
