Ya I'm to old for this thread.Im an 80's kid.
I'm a 90's kid and i grew up with double dare, inspector gadget, and nintendo.

Rocket Power was too late in the decade, that's when I got out of Nick shows.
Whoever mentioned the Bulls wins all the medals.
I LOVED watching them in the Jordan era; best thing ever.
I was born in 1990 so I think I qualify. These three things sum it up for me:
Pokemon Cards!
Game Boy Color (Pokemon Red/Gold and Wario Land II were my favourites.)
Nintendo 64 (Mario 64, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 64, to name but a few.)

I can't believe how much of this list applies to me! The '90s were great. Such a positive and energetic time to be a kid... in retrospect!

OMG! I remember all of this stuff! I haven't thought of that stuff in years. I remember when it used to be so cool when you had a VCR and you went to get all of the hottest movies from BlockBuster (remember them?) and you couldn't wait to get home and watch them.
I bet he saw breakfast filmed there too!

I can't believe that I forgot my Power Rangers too! This made me remember that letter I sent to "Santa" in 1997 asking for a Nintendo 64, that and the Gameboy I never got... TV was much better then too. I used to watch that one show where the girl could turn into a puddle of silver stuff that looked like liquid. It was much better than that Hannah Montana stuff. Hmm... I can't remember the name of that show now. Dangit!

I remember ...supersoakers (the kinds with fancy spouts and multiple tanks
Pokemon cards being banned because of "bullying"
Conkers being banned because they were "dangerous"
Tig (or tag however you pronouce it) being banned because it can oust a person from a group
Football being banned from the concrete pitches (you could only play on the grass in the summer)
Mass detentions from playing british bulldog
My secondary school banned pretty much everything under the sun, just after I left the sun too was banned...
Also, when dial up was "fast"

One time I ate 220 Lemon Warheads in a weekend. Gave me a nice huge crack in my tongue, still there today.
That was "The Secret World of Alex Mack"
I used to also watch "Ghostwriter" and "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego" on PBS
