it would really piss me off if zeetron was coming onto websites instead of answering the emails piling up in their inboxes.

I ordered on Thursday, and received it overnight on Friday(paid extra), installed on Saturday, and here are pictures that everyone is asking about.

The parts were AMAZING! I am amazed at how well they fit and how great the phone looks.

Yes, there was no net in the speaker, but you can take that of the old one.
A bit pricey, but very good quality.

Customer service was great on assisting me with all my questions.

I ordered my kit (x2) yesterday evening.
I didnt see this thread was going on til now, now im kinda worried that they will screw me over as well...

According to their websitem they are claiming their parts are OEM

Are the parts replica?
How are the look and feel of the parts you received?
Did you get the replacement parts yet?
I wish there were more pics, i dont wanna be another victim...

Is there better place to buy these parts?

kmvguy, i think a lot of people have had a better experience with iresQ. they are a little more expensive, but when you dont get your end result of what you paid for, does it really matter?

Zeetron does not use OEM parts, as they are not Apple parts. gl.

Hopefully everything is in good order when i receive the kit.
Over the email, they told me they will overnight the kit so i can receive by tomorrow.
So once i receive it, i'll put up a detail review of the kit.
i prolly wont get to it til later in the evening.

At the moment communication/support seems good for me.
we'll see how this goes :)

oh my god.

zeetron says here they have to wait for my parts to arrive, and in an email they tell me they're finally shipping them out today.

I have no idea when the parts will be arriving, good lord.
 
i think the only thing Zeetron have confirmed in this thread is that they arent the best! will be passing this message on to those around me.

for shame.
 
they did offer me a free case (which I didn't want and instead took a refund of my 20 dollar shipping).

I just hope to christ I see some parts tomorrow when I get home from work.
 
What happened to Zeetron.com user? lol. They better pull through and ship out my replacement parts today via Overnight.

Let us know if you get your replacements today.

would it be possible to take pics of the packaging, and the actual product (front and back plates etc) before you fit it? would be interesting to see if the parts are actually OEM, and how similar they look to the ones off iRESQ etc.

the packaging is essentially a thin cardboard fedex express envelope and then inside that is a yellow bubble wrap envelope and then inside that is the parts wrapped in more bubble wrap.

(or at least that was the packaging the first time)

my first impression was "$%#@ the lcd is going to be cracked" but it wasn't, just not lined up right.

I'm assuming they'll use the same packaging.

The back they sent me this time does not include a flash diffuser. Awesome! Zeetron!!! AWESOME OEM PARTS!!!11

Ugh I can't believe this crap, anyway here are some pics.

shipping was better this time, but who gives a crap if it's incorrect parts.

You can't really tell from these pics, but the flash diffuser part of the white backing doesn't have the same flash diffuser. It looks like there might be a bit of etching there, but it's definitely not OEM, and it's definitely not like the Apple version. So dissapointing. The previous back I got from zeetron had a better diffuser, which again means that there are different brand/suppliers of parts. Ugh.

not overly surprising.

The weird thing with the backs is this:

The first back I got, had a very authentic looking flash diffuser, however, the clear part that covered the camera lens was indented more than the original.

This back I have now, doesn't have that indent (when you run your finger over the camera lens) but it doesn't have the good flash diffuser.


what a freakin nightmare.
 
The LCD isn't centered either.


No one waste your time with this junk. It's ridiculous.

For anyone looking at this thread, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZEETRON! Cannot stress that enough.
 
$170 + shipping for a crappy white iphone kit? maybe this is a lesson learned to not waste your money on such nonsense. just keep your black iphone and move on with your life

I would agree, but if you crack or break your glass/lcd, even with applecare you're screwed.

For my job having spare parts on hand is a must, as I need my phone in my pocket 24/7.
