USPS detailed shipping status
Where did you find that information? I can't even find the bullet saying the info was received!
I found it by doing
1. Login to account on Power Support site
2. Look at 'Recent Orders'. On the line for your order, to the right under Status it reads 'Complete' or whatever. And next to that it reads 'View order'. Click on that.
3. Scanning down the page on the left (but not the extreme left column) you will see
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Items Ordered | Track your order
Click on 'Track your order'
4. A window pops up with -some- of the USPS query details displayed. Highlight and copy the USPS tracking number.
5. In a new tab or window, paste the tracking number into Google. Google will burp and offer a link to track the USPS number. Click it.
Voila, you will see the complete USPS status.
My experience is that you will receive the item in your mail box before USPS provides any further updates.
By the way, my original confirmation email from PS on June 17 stated, "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." However, I think this is just a canned response. If you selected UPS I expect you actually would receive a tracking number once the item commenced to ship. But USPS automation is not as streamlined so no surprise that a shipping confirmation email failed to appear. It would help if PS added a trigger to their database for Status = Complete that caused an email update to be sent.
