Called again and gave them my order number because last time they never asked. He said you were a pre order and yours will ship Friday. I said ok and hung up. I believe they have no f'n clue whats going on there. To say the least I'm not too happy. I know it will come but with people saying they placed their order just today and after me and theirs is shipping is bull! Still have not heard from the emails sent days ago either.:mad:
 
maybe when your item is shipped depends on what you bought?

I got the HD anti-glare pack only. Not the front/back combo.
 
I got that confirmation on Monday that it was shipped, but USPS has not updated anything at all. All it says is:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 27, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

So I really question if it truly has shipped
 
Just stopped by powersupport in burbank and picked up a few sets for family members. Installed just my front because I have already installed the bestskinsever for the back and am okay with it for now. Fitment is good and looks clearer than my temporary front screen protector from screen devil (or whatever devil the company was called).

Not sure if anyone wants pics, since it's hard to take pictures of the screen protector itself.

FWIW, I pre-ordered HD Anti-Glare Film - iPhone 4 (two fronts) on June 17. The USPS status reads:

• Processed through Sort Facility, July 27, 2010, 9:42 pm, SANTA CLARITA, CA 91383
• Electronic Shipping Info Received, July 27, 2010

It's ~ 350 miles to reach me via ground transit. I expect to see it in the mail box tomorrow July 29.

Installed just my front because I have already installed the bestskinsever for the back and am okay with it for now. Fitment is good and looks clearer than my temporary front screen protector from screen devil (or whatever devil the company was called).

Not sure if anyone wants pics, since it's hard to take pictures of the screen protector itself.

Tell them to get their shipping act together. Lol

FWIW I never got a ship confirmation email - all I can see is my order status says shipped USPS.
 
Update

I don't know whats going on with everyone else who posted but I just checked the Power Support Website and my order is listed as "completed" even though I didn't receive an email and the tracking number has nothing attached to it yet. I ordered 4 front/back sets and 1 ipad crystal protecter on 7/22.

I cannot check on the website because I used the guest checkout. I received the first purchase email thanking me and saying I would receive another email when shipped with tracking. I thought this would be my only purchase with them and now it really looks that way. I still think they are way behind and have no clue who ordered first and what stock goes where.:rolleyes:

Same here. Another wonderful iPhone 4 pre-order experience.
 
Ordered the set with both the crystal and anti-glare front and the back yesterday. Shipped today, though tracking number isn't working yet..
 
I'm starting to get bugged too. Placed order on Friday, website says "processing". Emailed and sent message on Twitter--no response. For the cost of their shipping, I expect a quick turnaround on getting orders out too. $5.85 for screen protectors is ridiculous, imo.

I assume you got only the Crystal version, right? I'd like to see some pics if you get a chance even though I doubt you'll be able to see much in pics.
 
USPS detailed shipping status

I found it by doing

1. Login to account on Power Support site

2. Look at 'Recent Orders'. On the line for your order, to the right under Status it reads 'Complete' or whatever. And next to that it reads 'View order'. Click on that.

3. Scanning down the page on the left (but not the extreme left column) you will see

Shipping Address
Billing Address
Items Ordered | Track your order

Click on 'Track your order'

4. A window pops up with -some- of the USPS query details displayed. Highlight and copy the USPS tracking number.

5. In a new tab or window, paste the tracking number into Google. Google will burp and offer a link to track the USPS number. Click it.

Voila, you will see the complete USPS status.

My experience is that you will receive the item in your mail box before USPS provides any further updates.

By the way, my original confirmation email from PS on June 17 stated, "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." However, I think this is just a canned response. If you selected UPS I expect you actually would receive a tracking number once the item commenced to ship. But USPS automation is not as streamlined so no surprise that a shipping confirmation email failed to appear. It would help if PS added a trigger to their database for Status = Complete that caused an email update to be sent.
