Really. If you've ever had a piece of mail sent to you from Southern CA via USPS that's your best guide. For this mode of delivery USPS simply doesn't offer better visibility.
If PS are using Priority Mail (seems about right for the level of shipping fee they charged) then you ought to see it in ~ 2 days. Add another day if you live somewhere remote.

I bet if you go to USPS here, plug in the two zip codes, and select Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope it will tell you 2 days.
I can say that because any zip code I enter gives 2 days as the result!
By Saturday seems like a safe bet.

It does say 2 days! That is reassuring

When you checked tracking details on the USPS site (you did do that, right?) what time of day did it say the item left Santa Clarita?
If it left before noon on Jul-28 and your address has an afternoon delivery route, then you have a shot at Friday. Otherwise my guess is Saturday.

I see you ordered in 'guest mode' on Jul-23. You haven't received any confirmation? That seems odd. The automated response should have acknowledged by now...
Have you tried creating an account? Use the same email and address info as when you ordered. The system might recognize you and associate the order with your online account. If so then you can find status that way.
And if not, well then at least you have an account established which may improve your dialogue with customer support.

I just tried this and it still shows no orders. I have my order conformation email. I'm going to wait until tomorrow when he said it will ship. If it doesn't then I'm going to be pissed.

He has generously offered to photo track every postal truck coming from the post office near Power Support headquarters. Just post your tracking number and I'll forward it to him.
He also has friends in Special OPs if the situation gets more out of hand.

I ordered mine about 3-weeks ago. I never received an email, but logging into my account it appears there was a label printed (on 7/26).
Since I'm only about 30 miles from their office it should only take a day or so to get here.
I hate waiting - especially since my iPad screen protector was on the same order and they don't ship items separately.

I don't think that will work. I tried accessing the link from a new browser window, and it asks me to login. Not only that, but the number in the link is completely different from my order number.
Ordered the front and back film set last night. Got the shipping confirmation and tracking # this morning. Interesting. Tracking number doesn't bring anything up in USPS yet.
Great. Mine shipped on the 27th and now it looks like it won't be in till August 3 after it said the 31st last night. I'm not sure if I ordered ground or not. It says Fedex Home Delivery on the website and it was $15.
