thanks for trying that, gotta wait and see what happens, might give them call and see where is the order status tomorrow.
If it really does take 7 days, I would be having words with them if I were you. $15 is ridiculous. I would expect 2nd day at least for that price.
I ordered my Case-Mate Barely there with FREE shipping on a Thursday and got it Saturday...now THAT'S service.
I'll likely give them a call if the shipping doesn't change. It originally had July 31 as the date for which it would arrive, but it changed to August 3 last night. I'll see what it says with the next update. Fedex has some strange thing though that says "Next update not until July 31." I've never seen that before.
FedEx home delivery is (I believe) the ground service that delivers on Tuesday-Saturday so it makes some sense. USPS Priority Mail would have been the best choice since they try to do it in 2-3 days. Delivery courier is better for tracking or more expensive items (which you pay for).
Don't feel bad, I ordered mine on the 23rd and still have not been sent a shipping email of anykind. I'm going to call in the morning and see what the F is going on. People now say they ordered last night and already have shipping info, these Power support people have their heads up their you no what! Not happy at all!
I also have not received an email, but their site says that it has shipped and I see it in USPS' tracking system.
I think they just aren't sending the shipping emails. I wouldn't worry if you've ordered a while ago, but have not received an email yet.

I could not wait to call Monday. So I just got off the phone with some else that was very nice. Looked up my order and sent me and email with tracking while I waited on the phone. Mine left left yesterday and processed in Santa Clarita last night. So maybe Saturday or Monday, but at least I know now. He was having trouble sending the email at first, but then sent it under his private email for the business and I then received right away. So maybe they are having problems with their automated email system, yes I checked my spam folder also.

Out for delivery! Should have it when I get home for work. Anyone have any tips on how to get an area dust free, other than the bathroom with the shower on? I tried that and it didn't work very well.
Got mine today, ordered on the 22nd. I am so anxious to put them on but I have to wait for my 32gb to arrive from AT&T (have a 16gb now, flipping it on eBay).

My Crystal Film set arrived in the mail today. I ordered on Sunday, so that's a pretty good turnaround time. Now, off to apply the film.
So I ordered the front and back set what lame is that it originally said that it came with two sets when I opened the package it came with 2 fronts and 1 back lame will post some picture soon
When did they say that? It's listed as 2 fronts and 1 back.
It even says 3 piece set. Not 5.

I ordered on 7/28. Selected USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) and have NOT received a shipping e-mail. Worse yet I ordered as a guest so I can't check my status. Even better, they are not answering their phones. This is some GREAT customer service. I'm quite furious that they can't even keep us updated.
