Check out ZooGue. Right now they are $4 plus shipping.
They're really quite nice, surprisingly. I wasn't expecting them to be any good but I've been using the Social Pro for 3 years now.

The colors are a bit hideous but the gray and black are great.

Also The Incipio NGP FTW. Not bulky and very very good protection. Saved my bacon a couple of time. $20 isn't that bad.

Agree on the Zoogue. Had a black one on my 4s. Still looked perfect after 2 years. Got the navy blue one on my 5s.

Good to see a varied list. I bought a Voyager yesterday. A bit bulky/heavy but I'll wait until more cases are announced (and pay off the phone) before I buy another case.

I hope Tech21 will eventually make cases for the 6 as I loved the Tech21 Impact case I had for my 5. That lived up to it's name the few times I dropped the phone and was lightweight/not bulky. I feel the exact opposite for the Otterbox I owned which broke after 3 weeks, will never buy another one of those.

I'm really happy with Apple's black leather case.

I agree. I tried a few on my 5s and the apple black leather was the only one that looked and felt good while protecting it. It kept the sleekness of the phone and has protected it in multiple drops.

I've been rocking the brown leather Apple case with the gold iPhone 6+ all day. So far I'm very happy with it. I love the feel of it. It is real leather, and I think it will wear well. The brown and gold complement each other, but I thought some of the other cases looked nice too. Especially the red and the midnight blue. And I appreciate the microfiber lining on the inside of the case.

I agree. I had one on my 5s and am going with black leather on my 6 plus. Very nice case. Keeps the sleekness of the phones and still protects and looks and feels good. Great quality. Wish they were cheaper but it's the best I've found.

I got a couple lightweight cases from Monoprice
Ultra-thin Shatter-proof is nothing more than a scratch protector and not sure how long it will hold up, but it doesn't add any weight, bulk or look of a case (or much protection). The vertical logo on the back is pretty obnoxious and would have blended in much better if it had been horizontal and placed to work with the iPhone's lines - if you have to plaster a logo on there.
PC+TPU Edge Bumper is pretty miminalist too, but at least adds a little grip and slight impact protection to the edges

Both shipped were $12 so while neither will probably hold up for a year, a pretty low cost option for a little bit of scratch/ding protection

I used an Incipio Feather for my 5 and loved it. Barely realized it was there... Not really sure how much protection it offers...

I will try bareback this time, since I get AppleCare anyways

I got two Spigen Tough Armor cases for my wife's and my iPhone 6 phones.

Nice feel, but no kickstand on ours.

If you want a leather case that looks like it's for an adult, I would recommend Sena Cases:

I feel like some maker out there would do well just making the Apple Leather Case that Apple forgot to make this year.

You know, the one without the open bottom? Just like the 5s case released last year but 6/6+ sized?

The one case I had great "succes" with and didn't damage my phone was the Defender Ballistic. I have an Otterbox for my 5 and it doesn't fit properly. You can hear it slide in the case...granted you have to shake/drop it to do so. But you can see the rub. And the carrying clip sucks and breaks too easy.

My iPhone 6 Plus Apple (PRODUCT) RED leather case was delivered today. I Scotch guarded the **** out of it earlier and just whacked it on a minute ago. Feels brill. The scotch guarding should help it stay clean longer although my 5S case (also red) looked ace once all worn in.

I think the trick for an iPhone 6 Plus will be a holster. I know a petite girl who uses one of those phablets and it is giant on her but her holster makes it convenient. Besides Bluetooth headphones one can simply use speakerphone more often. On my 4S it is the preferred method for hearing clearly anyway.

Something like a Speck CandyShell Card, with a holster that doubles as an extra battery to keep the thing charged. That would be ideal.

Rocketman

I've used so many different cases over the years, but the Spigen I got for my 5S was all time personal favorite. They offer very solid support without the typical ugliness.

I got the Spigen Space Gray Neo Hybrid for my 6. Love it so far and I usually can't find one I like.

My new iPhone 6 Plus (Space Grey) is happily sporting the Apple leather Black case..... I've also got the Power Support Air Jacket (Clear) on order as well. Actually, at home the iPhone will be naked more often than not -- she'll only putting on protection when leaving the house with me.......

I usually run caseless, but the protruding camera and generally slippery sides of the 6 made me rethink all that. I had my phone less than 12 hours before I ordered the black Apple leather case.

It's ridiculously priced, but I was afraid the (somewhat) cheaper silicone version wouldn't slip in and out of my pocket easily.

So far, so good. I like the microfiber lining and the fact that the case is pretty slim. Time will tell how it holds up to wear and tear, I guess.

Whoever was designing the case with the slot for credit cards didn't read the memo about :apple:Pay .... no more physical cards required to carry around

(well sort of, guess will be some time until it takes off)

Yeah, because it's not like you might have other card shaped cards in your wallet you might like to keep in there... driver's license, ATM card, work ID... oh wait...
