This is disgusting.
I am in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Snow Leopard was shipped at the end of the afternoon of August 28th with Purolator Canada and I don't have a tracking number or anything. I have no idea where the heck my Snow Leopard is right now...
But I see that the whole country is plagued with latenesses... at least I'm not the only one. But it sucks a lot.
Last time I called Apple, they told me I had to wait 8 business days before declaring it "lost" to Apple. So I had to wait until Wedesday, but the guy probably didn't know yesterday was not a business day. So before calling Apple, we must be Thursday.
