iMac 2017 HDMI port and UHD tv?
I want to hook up a UHD tv to my 2017 iMac 27”. Do I need a wretched dongle to get UHD output? For 60 hz? For 30? I have an old Thunderbolt 2 to HDMI adaptor, but nothing for USB 3. I’m hoping to avoid #donglelife -

Resolved Strange Flcikering on nMP
Yesterday I have changed my ups battery due to a fault. After powering up my nMP (6core - 2x D700 GPU) it showed a strange flickering effect on the bottom of the monitor (Asus PB278Q via hdmi) and than something like (it's not the real image, I have found it on the net for example and show)... -

Unable to logon with DisplayPort connected
When I connect my 4K Philips display on boot to flashed HD7950 card it simply refuses to boot. If I disconnect the 4K display and connect it right after booting then everything works fine. What's the reason for this? All works fine on HDMI and DVI.
