Good news. Looks like you were right. Just re-docked and the date dropped back 4 days, to the 15th. Tomorrow.

When Apple release the 1.1.3 Update for the iPhone
mad and the iPod Touch )) I hope that they will allow Themes to be used on the iPod Touch to further increase the individuality of people's iPods and make them unique to the owner.
Is it just me or is this a good idea as then iPods will display people's personality and style?

All early adopters just got royally screwed as these apps are built into all new iPod Touch units. Very, very unhappy about that and it guarantees my touch will never see another update as I'd far rather keep my hacked version with these apps installed AND the possibilities of further homebrew apps than fork out ANOTHER £20 (oh come on, you know they'll just do a $ -> £ conversion) for the right to use apps that should have come as standard in the first bloody place and that we know install without any trouble whatsoever onto the Touch.

for this one.I'm on the fence about getting an iPod touch and even though if I buy one now I don't have to pay the $20 fee it sets an ugly precedent: giving Apple money after I buy a device for firmware updates. What about when the SDK comes out? Or the next big feature?
