I had the same issue with my account. I'm not 100% sure of the cause, but I was able to get a rep to have it held for pickup at my nearest UPS distribution center by following the steps outlined by darcspyd3r in this post.

One thing to add to his write-up is to make sure to explain to the rep that you're a UPS MyChoice member, but you're getting stuck in a loop when trying to change delivery options on the site. Ask them to manually input the change on their end while you're on the phone.

I didn't even receive an order confirmation and now I am in Incheon. Remember, they have 9 million phones and emails to get out. It takes time. EDIT: I forgot to mention that when I got my shipping notification it was 11 hours after the fact! So hang tight.

Appreciate that! So they don't necessarily automatically update the info in the account and the app? I figured it was automated and when items moved out of warehouses/etc they were updated immediately. Not assuming I'm entitled to that, just that the online/app info was based on an inventory-tracking system that didn't take much time to update to the database. Oh well...we'll see when it arrives! I'm obsessively checking my order status on the app and the website.

I know it's not about arrival. I figured today was business day 3 (Fri/Mon/Tues) after my order, and that since China is 15hrs ahead, if it didn't ship yet then that timing wouldn't hold. I guess it could still ship tomorrow morning China time and count as being on Day 3 here. I just want to know it's on the way and not just sitting somewhere!

Try connecting to iTunes. I've had better luck doing that.

They don't count Friday in their estimate.

I can't speak for others, but mine certainly didn't automatically update in a timely manner.

12:02 a.m. 32GB ATT Gold left Incheon at 11:30 Korea time in transit to Alaska coming to So. Cali. ETA Thursday EOD.

Whoever was asking about activation earlier...mine was nearly instant. I'd try restoring your phone to the factory in iTunes or calling AT&T.
 
Keep in mind that postings on UPS tracking are 1 day ahead. So if your IPhone departed Korea at 11:30 pm on 9/ 24 its actually 9/23. We should see updates early this evening as iPhones will be in US and on their way
 
UPS tried to deliver at 11:11 a.m., my wife was asked to be at home to accept the delivery. She was in the bathroom and didn't answer the door. Looks like tomorrow for me :(

Divorce. I put a pre-sign on the door when I took a shower at 9 AM just in case...lol.
