Loving how its a mbp classic now.
4 Finger swipe would be great, Only 190 MB on my white macbook(late 08)
Overall, I love Apple and their products. I trust that when I get a new Mac, it's going to work right out of the box.
But I still get a bit skittish when it comes to incremental point upgrades to the OS. Especially since I'm the only Mac on a 2000+ user Windows network.
I think I'll wait a week to see what, if any, "undisclosed alterations" Apple has made to how it plays with Windows networks.

Nope, no 4-finger swipe option in 10.5.6, even though our older Macs have the hardware to do it.

Yikes, these updates seem to come out pretty often. Nothing but a good sign - it's nice to see Apple paying attention to fixes.

On the other side of the river now. Took about 10 minutes total to install and restart and then restart again.
No 4 finger swipe on my MacBook Pro with the update and my update is 377MB, but my Finder is 10.5.8?

Yeah, that's odd. OS X 10.5.5, Finder was at version 10.5.6. Strange how it skipped 10.5.7..

OSX 10.5.5 wouldn't download/install properly for me. anyone else hear of similar issues?

Windows users would be on the forum all day if that were the case, seems Windows Update is finding small random updates every day.
