The whole event was underwhelming. Worst in years.
Well at least the presentations were more polished and succinct than what we’ve seen in the past. I thought the little mystery movie was amusing. The iPad mini is welcome, but I’m disappointed in the limited storage capacity choices. And with the iPad mini getting USB-C it’s infuriating the iPhones don’t. But overall, I think this was fine for an S year. And that’s what these iPhones really are, 12 S.

I have a feeling they had another color option in mind but couldn’t make it work to their satisfaction so went with blue again.
These are also intended to be "Pro" phones, so that's why I think they stay away from more of the "Fun" colors and keep those with the regular models. More subtle colors fits the "Business/Pro" feeling better, I guess.

I would of hated the bronze color who wants a brown phone that looks like ? I like the blue. Idk between the pacific blue and this.
The difference is that pacific blue is a darker color, and sierra blue is a lot lighter. pacific blue on the left, sierra blue on the right.

+ last year apple had lots of advertisement for Pacific Blue & The Gold model.
Now this year the website shoes mostly Sierra Blue & Silver (which go really well side by side).

now im debating between silver and gold, i agree with others that not being able to see the phone before ordering is really annoying. I don't want to order 2 phones just to have to return the colour i like less. Usually they shift the gradient of the colours when they are repeats, but it looks like the graphite godl and silver are EXACTLY the same shade as last year. How would someone be able to tell the difference between a 13P and 12P? These things don't really matter much in the grand scheme of things but it just shows they don't care about the consumer, they didn't want to put in the R&D to come up with a new colour. They re-used the 3 and just made pacific blue lighter.

I feel like the blue would age much better. It looks nice. Not really a bronze person though so it depends what you’re into.
glad they kept the black they have for the pro. Matte black might have not looked very premium.
stainless black would be awesome though.

Happy enough with the colours but what I do think is underwhelming are the 13 Pro’s exclusive Dark Mode wallpapers.

I just wish for once the Pros could get a Product Red offering. I don’t get why we’re punished with fewer options for the top tier phones.
Yeah, that’s melodramatic, but I’m sick of it. :)
