16gb is the PERFECT size for the iPad!

as for violence ... I love the sport of Boxing

As for Religion and Wars ... I wish both would go away ... as for 16GB being the perfect size? ... I'll take 64 thanks. :apple:

Point of this post: 16gb is PERFECT for MEEEE and people need to stop coming on Macrumors and hyperventilating that they won't be able to put 20gb of music, 20gb of movies, 10gb of games and 10gb of pictures/videos on their iPad.

But, but...nevermind

I thought Jesus said love your enemy, and turn the other check. I can't imagine Jesus leading any group of people into battle. Oh well, you must be more into the Old Testament.

But as I said, your 16gb logic makes sense to me.

Jesus did say that. He also said He did not come to abolish the Law or the Prophets which was given in the Old Testament and He also said the Father and He are One. His Father was the One leading the Israelites in battle.

The Bible is the OT and NT, not just the NT.

If you try to understand Christianity by taking one phrase of Jesus out of the hundreds and thousands, you will have a difficult time.

----------

But this isn't about religion or the Bible, it's about 32gb and 64gb owners coming in here, getting upset, cooling down, then humbling themselves and admitting that the 16gb iPad CAN BE the best choice for SOME people :D

You can't say that your size choice is perfect after one day of use unless you absolutey never plan to download another thing.

I think 32gb is good for me but I could easily imagine my uses for the iPad expanding and requiring more space or at least more space managing, which I don't have to do right now.

First valid point. Hmmm....:D

ok i'll revise my OP to say it's the perfect iPad for me at this very second in time! Now, let's see somebody argue....

16GB is a good choice for the iPad1 and 2 which I had. For the 3 though 32 is a better fit and should have been the minimum. Since I had 12Gb on my 16 I paid for 32 this time but next year I expect it to be the standard and will sell my 32 before that is announced at the 2013 event. YMMV

16GB may be perfect for you, but how could it be perfect for someone with 42GB of music who wants all of their music to fit?

Sounds like someone is trying to rationalize their purchase.

16 gig is not nearly enough for ME. For YOU it may be.

I like how you are trying to justify your purchase for what you picked for yourself towards everyone else...as if anyone really cares on what you do.

i decided to go buy a 32GB iPad today even though my 16GB is due to be delivered on Monday. I had a 32GB iPad 2 so should have just pre ordered my 3 as 32GB instead of 16GB. I don't store music or movies on it but its nice to have the space for Apps.

well that would work well if you have a 63 gb iphone but there are not to many people that have that. I have a 32 gb ipad which is perfect for me because most of it is music and the rest is a few small apps and some pictures.

Think this guys is just mad that he got a 16GB model so now hes trying to justify his purchase by saying the other models aren't "perfect".

LOL

And yet, having a 64 GB iPad for all of the apps (can run iPhone apps that are not essential to keep on my iPhone) & a ton of music plus movies. That's why I only got the 16 GB 4S. There are other solutions to the "I wish I had more storage space" issue than buying a bigger iPad/iPhone. However, recording 1080p videos sure does eat up a ton of the capacity.

Honestly some of you people need to learn how to gloss over a thread and not feel obligated to post. I'm tired of the needless bashing. I'm an atheist and I am not offended by the OP and the content he wishes to load on his device. Nor do I think it makes his observation any less useful. How do you know what we can and can't afford? It's none of your business. I was at the apple store yesterday and had the intention of buying a 32gb iPad but ended up leaving with the 16gb model instead. My rationing is the fact I don't need a bunch of games, music, or photos. I still have my iPhone 4S I can load up and carry with me so I don't need the redundancy on my iPad. I'm just glad people are buying apple products. So quit being the typical rude apple fanboy and just enjoy the technology.

If you'll read my post I never said it was the perfect size for everyone. My post was made exactly for the reason to say that those that keep saying EVERYONE should get the 64gb are wrong. I said it's the perfect size for ME! :)

I figure it's just bitter people that haven't received their iPad yet because FedEX ran over it or something.....

Perhaps you should change your thread title then...

What a silly post.

I went for a 16GB but was seriously considering a 32GB with the app updates, more space for photos with the new camera.

I think if we all had the choice we would go for the biggest IPad and 3G but finances decide that.

16GB might be perfect for you but it's becoming limited in the modern market and wouldn't be surprised if IPad 4 has 32GB at launch at the same price as the current 16GB model.

16GB may be perfect for what you have on it now, but what happens when the next great 1.5GB game that you can't resist comes out? Or when your photo collection grows in size. Or if you want to rent a movie from iTunes? You have no space to expand at all.

16GB is fine for users who don't expect to store much on the iPad itself and plan on streaming essentially all media they use. Beyond that I'd say your post proved that 16GB is quite imperfect in size.
