Does pushing myself off my drool dampened pillow earlier this morning count? My head was twice it's normal size, so it was harder than usual.

On the bright side, I will be doing some hoisting down at the pub in two hours.

Just wondering ... does it not matter how many post's we make in a day ? some have posted way more than that already :confused:

The idea is to only post your push-ups twice a day (to make it easier to count/check math), you can make as many non-count related posts as you like.

appears to me that the math is being dealt with by everyone posting ...... big up the MR members self administered math :cool:
 
Mine were like that when I came out of Pump tonight after a two week break. I kept the weights high and, oh boy, did that final set of overhead presses hurt. Quite chuffed that I did stay on my toes for the full set of 'shoulder' pressups though.
Yeah, I did shoulders and arms today (P90X). I feel good though. It was a very good workout.:)
