did 120 yesterday and 60 so far this morning (can't push it harder...still getting over a sore shoulder).

this is a great thread. reminding me to get them done every day. and i do crunches or full bodies in between sets of 30. giddy up!

so thats 180 if my math is right :)

After we're done with this challenge we should kick it up a notch and do the MacRumors 10k Burpee Challenge for more of a workout. :cool:

now that would be a challenge. we do burpees all the time and I hate them. I get the fit purpose out of them, but they're not easy :)
