I'm in marching band, and that's hard enough for me. Holding a trombone in the air in front of you with the mouthpiece at eye level for an hour and fifteen minutes, then going and conducting for another 15 makes me feel like I just got done weight-lifting. Argh!
 
Cool idea for a thread! I hit the gym several times a week so I can definitely contribute to this thread. :D :cool:

And you're not including the regular arm lunges required to open the spit valve. Plus the brass mouthpiece helps sculpt full and pouty lips, for that sexy, sexy bass clef smile.
 
I do pushups every night before i go to bed.

My max is 61 (i always add one to the end of the 10's i stop at, just to push me to improve), although i normally do 41-51.

Last night was 61 so....

I think this is a great idea!

I'm trying to force myself to 50 pushups a day, but I keep forgetting, so hopefully this will help me remember.

I'll do some tonight. :D
 
Add another 50 (tops 2000!)...can you tell I'm supposed to be studying?

I'll see what I can do about adding 300 tomorrow...feeling like I'm going to need to burn some stress.
