I do those without the knees to the chest part.😱 I must admit, I don't do many at the time, and it's incorporated into a much longer workout with many more moves. But it will certainly kick your ass.
 
now that would be a challenge. we do burpees all the time and I hate them. I get the fit purpose out of them, but they're not easy 🙂

Yep, they're pretty intense, trust me! I can't do many of them at one time myself. 😎

i've actually tried to do push-ups with my girlfriend on my back (about 115 pounds). i think i might have done 5, barely
 
Dude, you're huge. I expect you to do a minimum of 50 x 2, with a class of small pre-schoolers on your back.

Yes I know. I'm also extremely intelligent. And modest. 😎

I'll tale on your challenge, but only if I get to taunt the kids and make fun of them if they fall off. I should also get bonus points for making them cry. 😉 😀
