naah, 35-24 Colts. Mistershark is overestimating Romo's ability. He hasn't proved he can handle the pressure of a really big game yet. He's only had a few good starts.

Personally, I like Romo. As a Skins fan I'd rather have him than Campbell... and with the Chargers in my backyard, he'd be better than Rivers.

Handle the pressure of a really big game? Is that a shot at the botched snap? ;) Just kidding...

I am sick of Romo's inconsistency, however. The excruciating loss to the Saints brought me back to earth last year. Romo isn't perfect. He may never be as good as Peyton Manning. I think every Dallas fan has learned to put their hopes on the entire team, not just Tony. Don't underestimate him, though...

bartman did this to the saints. either that, or the saints got too cocky after last season. something is very wrong with that team, and if they don't come back with a win after their bye week, they are going to be in some big trouble...i don't want to go back to being the aints again.

Well, they've sucked for 18 years. Shocked everyone (and themselves) last year... and now have returned to form. Last year was an aberration, not a hint of things to come.

And Reggie Bush had better get used to it. In college he was one of the best but in the pros he is one of the rest.

Part of tonight's story in New Orleans should credit a pretty good football team from Nashville. Vince Young and the Titans are 2-1 and played a respectable 20-22 loss against the Colts, earlier. If they stay healthy, they'll get better.

I don't think Fisher gets enough credit. The city is small market but the team is big time. He has offered up a respectable team for YEARS.

He got dinged in the first half. He's got to learn to pace himself. It's a long season.

Who dis? T-Mobile girl? She pretty...

Saints season is officially over.

Deuce McAllister tore his ACL in last night's game, so he's done for the season.

Ouch for the Bear's defense
BEARS DEFENSE COULD BE LOSING THREE MORE STARTERS

In a Week One loss to the Chargers, the Chicago Bears saw safety Mike Brown and defensive tackle Dusty Dvoracek suffer season-ending injuries.

In a Week Three collapse against the Cowboys, the Bears might have lost three more starters on defense. Though they're not expected to be out for the season, they each could be gone for multiple weeks.

Defensive tackle Tommie Harris has a left knee injury. Linebacker Lance Briggs and cornerback Nathan Vasher have groin problems. (And they've both injured muscles in that area.)

Their official availability for Week Four will be disclosed on Friday.

That's awesome news. By awesome I mean madenning. Those three starters are like, very major. Why couldn't it have been Archuleta, who has proven virtually worthless?

Well, I guess that frees me up to pull for another team. :(

Go Dallas, I guess.

ew, **** dallas. i hate the cowboys with a passion.

also, vick got indicted on 8 animal cruelty charges.. faces up to 40 years in prison.

personally i think throwing him in jail is completely useless. give him something like 5,000 hours of community service so he can actually make up for himself in society.

YET ANOTHER BEARS STARTER IS HURT

In addition to the injuries suffered on Sunday by Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris, cornerback Nathan Vasher, and linebacker Lance Briggs, a league source tells us that safety Adam Archuleta has a broken hand.

The injury occurred during the Week Three loss on Sunday night, Archuleta will play with a cast on his hand.

Harris, Vasher, and/or Briggs might not be so lucky.

Uh, Catherine Zeta-Jones?

Cowboys vs. Colts, I'd say colts by a TD, or maybe TD+FG as the teams stand now. The 'boys secondary isn't as good as it could/should be. Having Newman back will/would help quite a bit.
Still, they've averaged how many INTs per game?
And how many crack quarterbacks have they played? Rex, Eli, and Trent? ;) Between the three of them there has only been one game w/o an interception thrown.

Vick tested postive for marijuana

While on BOND awaiting sentencing, knowing that he was going to be tested?! Duhhhh..

Falcons quarterback Michael Vick tested positive for marijuana, has been confined to his Virginia residence, ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device and receive mental health counseling, according to court documents filed Wednesday.

Vick tested positive in a urine sample submitted on Sept. 13 — 17 days after entering a plea agreement in federal court on charges related to dogfighting. He faces up to five years in prison and will be sentenced on Dec. 10.
....
In other conditions ordered by the court, Vick is restricted to his Virginia residence every day from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The home confinement will include electronic monitoring, and Vick must pay for the service. The judge also ordered Vick to continue in a substance therapy program and participate in mental health counseling.
