Bos/Mtl game on the NHL Network (with Bob Cole doing the play by play on the CBC feed they're using!), Buf/Phi game on Versus, Chi/Van game on later on Versus, steaks marinading on the counter, beers in the fridge. I'm a happy camper. :D

I hate you right now. Im stuck at work. So many big games tonight. 2 game 7's and what could be a comeback to force a game 7 with Montreal. So many huge games.

At least I'll see the Pens game tomorrow!

Good game! I didn't like the pressure by the Bruins in da turd period, but they held the fort like games 1 and 2. let's hope it continues.

I have to be honest, i thought they were done. I've never been overly confident of Jacques Martin bringing out the absolute best in his players or getting them to play above their talent. He's a fantastic systems coach, but i don't know if he's the 'players coach' type of guy.

Should be fun tomorrow night.

Game seven, OT. Nothing more exciting than this. Got the chips and beer out. This should be good!
 
It was a great game but I wished that OT lasted a little longer. The game was really exciting.
 
A great finish to a dramatic series. Kudos to the Blackhawaks for coming back from 3-0 right to overtime in game 7. Hopefully the Canucks can dispatch Nashville in an easier fashion but you never know.

Well dammit- I was hoping. I love my Hawks. I still do no matter what. They made history when they brought the Cup to the Pride parade in Chicago last year in honor of Brendan Burke. That took balls and got me into playing the game. Now I'm a hockey player too. Never knew I had it in me til then. I guess I know how to kill a thread. ;)

Watching the replay of the Hawks game as I had to listen to the 2nd/3rd/OT at work, but what I could gather Crawford stepped up HUGE as the pressure built.

This team was consistently inconsistent this year, but the last 4 games have showed them and us fans what can be even with some of the biggest pieces playing minor roles. Toews, Kane, Sharp, Keith, and Seabrook are the foundation but Crawford, Leddy, and Smith have made a name for themselves and then some...just wait for what is to come.

I was pulling for them and they showed that playing like a team with a good game plan can [nearly] take down the mighty.

Congrats to Vancouver and Philly after hard fought battles. I hope the B's can pull through tonight.

There's always next year. And honestly, the Hawks did better than I though they would this year.
 
My predictions

VAN v NSH = VAN 4-2
DET v SJ = SJ 4-3

WSH v PIT (i believe they will win gm7) = WSH 4-1
PHI v MON (i believe they will win) = MON 4-2

Congrats on the win, robo. You guys deserved it.....the Sabres just didn't show up in that game.

Did Pronger really have to go to the dressing room right before the game ended to avoid the handshake line? I mean, dude could have fistbumped the Sabres instead of shaking hands.;)

Absolutely. They were able to shut down two of the best players in the league and exposed some serious weaknesses that I'm sure the Preds have taken note of.

That being said, amazing win for the Canucks. I really thought that the Blackhawks were going to win last night. Luongo and the Vancouver defense stepped up and told their critics to go F themselves. The Hawks had too much trouble getting any decent shot through to have a chance to win.

Amazing these playoffs......Joe Thornton scores the winner in OT to win the series for the Sharks, Luongo gets the OT game 7 win when they really needed it........so who is the playoff choker now?:p I thought Luongo was going to be the new Joe Thornton, but looks like that didn't happen.;)
