I really get the feeling that the Longhorns could steal this game if they're able to have a good drive for 7 right now.

Almost another upset in a wild finish in the LSU - Tennessee game. I think Les Miles is the luckiest man in college football. Geesh.

So you agree UT should not be ranked. UT is among schools I think often get over rated. Another one being OU.
Any big time school will get the benefit of the doubt until they start losing games. Not saying it's right, but I don't see it changing anytime soon.
UT may be lossing that benefit if they pull another loss this season. They struggled again TTU, they got creamed by a school they should of creamed and just suffered yet another loss. One thing we know is UT has kissed it hope of a BSC bowl game this year good bye.
If UT somehow remains ranked, you can be sure next wek will knock them out when they play Neb

I don't think you're hearing me. We've been exposed as simply not that good. We're not underperforming - we're just mediocre. The voters know this now. What's interesting to me is that you're spending more time talking about Texas than about your own team.

I have little hope for TTU this year and I am still pissed off at how they fired Leach. I am hoping the school will have to pay out millions.
Hence (The chancellor of TTU) needs to go and it is pretty clear from some emails that got released under the freedom of information act that he had a huge part in it along with Craig James. Hence has done a lot of harm to TTU in education and only cares about the numbers. He more or less pushed the president out the door already made it pretty clear that he does not care about the staff of the school.
But that is another rant.
As for more on topic the question is will the new couch at TTU cause a repeat of what Leach did. That is complete change the face of the big 12 and force an entirely new playing stay. Leach brought the spread offense to the big 12 and the other schools were forced to changed because they could not deal with a school that could just turn games into a shoot out.

It has no offence power. He has killed the spread and fire power of TTU. Hell he fired the staff that knew how to run that offense and brought in pretty much a defense staff. I expect TTU defense to get better but the offense to suck. Leach had put TTU on the map and Tubervill will remove it from it.

This post is somewhat ironic considering Tech scored 38 points tonight...and lost to Iowa State. Ouch.
