Happy Happy Joy Joy
This Aug. 4th thing with the free agent signings is rather bogus, oh well, glad we got JJ & Kuhn back
I am a little concerned the Cowboys have done nothing![]()

We're pretty stacked. I dont think we lost anybody that was unexpected. Still looking very good. Maybe pick up def lineman off waivers thats about it
So what else is new?
They haven't done anything for years![]()

Give us Samuel. Philly doesn't need 3 Pro Bowl CB'sCome on, give Houston some love. Joseph was a nice pick up for us, but teams will just target the kid Jackson.
Addition by subtraction - they've dumped quite a few players, many of whom the Bears have picked up.
Are you at all concerned about Ryan Grant's return after such a long hiatus?
"Again, I think we have to find somebody out there to beat New England besides us and I think that would help. Anybody out there that wants to sign up: Are you good enough as a team to beat the New England Patriots? Forget about us, are you good enough to go out there and beat the New England Patriots? I'm challenging the league."
Rex Ryan is borderline pathetic at this point.
Why doesn't this guy just shut the **** up and coach? Maybe he would be able to win then.
The ring count still remains Belichick 3, Ryan 0.

IMO ... the Jets are the team to beat in the AFC ... I believe they will get into the SB this year.

They are also inconsistent enough to lose to anybody![]()
Eh, I don't mind him. I'm a lifelong Jets fan, and the team has been a joke for basically my entire life. It's nice to see the team get some swagger. I know it's annoying to everyone else, but to be a winner, you have to believe you're a winner. And for the longest time, even us diehard fans didn't believe. We've been waiting for the other shoe to drop.
And 2 AFC finals appearances in 2 seasons as head coach aint too shabby. Hopefully Sanchez will be more consistent at QB this year and we can finally get ourselves into a Superbowl.
I won't even comment on Belichik.![]()

Or very very close again. For some reason I see the coach being more of a distraction for the players then the players themselves.
So true...They are frustrating to watch because of it. I'm hoping Mark Sanchez can be a lot more consistent on offense in his 3rd year..with 2 AFC championship games under his belt.
Here we go with the Jets again. They're certainly the champs of talking too much.
"I'm happy to be here. I'm going to be a little quiet, you won't get the same Chad you're used to and I probably won't be talking to the media much, probably not at all, really. I'm going to play ball and ride the wave, man."
Swagger comes from winning championships, not running your mouth in training camp.
I think they're more likely to lose early in the playoffs than go back to the AFC championship. But hey, they could become the new version of the iggles... 4 championship game appearances, ZERO super bowl wins.
Keep hating on Belichick. He's the best coach in the league, bar none. And he already has his one way ticket to Canton punched.
Every year the Jets are the team to beat in August.
Now that sounds like bad coaching?
this. except I don't know how close they'll be. there are a bunch of really good teams in the AFC.
Sanchez is grossly overrated because he plays in the New York media market. I know he's only played two years, but still.
Here's a few starting QBs first two years as starters:
QB1: 66.4% completion, 2621 yards, 17 td, 11 int, 98.1 / 62.7% completion, 2385 yards, 17 td, 9 int, 98.6 rating
QB2: 63.6% completion, 4038 yards, 28 td, 13 int, 93.8 / 64.7% completion, 4434 yards, 30 td, 7 int, 103.2 rating
QB3: 53.8% completion, 2444 yards, 12 td, 20 int, 63.0 / 54.8% completion, 3291 yards, 17 td, 13 int, 75.3 rating
QB4: 63.9% completion, 2843 yards, 18 td, 12 int, 86.5 / 62.1% completion, 3764 yards, 28 td, 14 int, 85.7 rating
3 of these guys have won super bowls (not necessarily in these years). one is mark sanchez.
Wait, you don't win championships by talking?
Ocho already learned it... lets see how long it takes Rex.
