I can't root for the Gators, ever, so if the Dawgs win out, it doesn't matter
Dawgs just need to take care of business regardless

The OSU-TTU game is surprising, but it is the Big 12 ;)

TTU is pathetic right now. Just more proof that tubby was a bad choice. I am still say fire him.
Underhanded firing of Leach that was very questionable reasons at best and the team was doing pretty good and had been doing pretty good.
TTU was at this rate the only big 12 school not to have a losing season and now they have done it.
Fire Tubby is the new chant.

Glad PSU lost.
Glad Texas lost.
Glad Cincy lost.

A&M and KSU tied at the half.. call me psychic, but I predict an A&M second half collapse.

Dawgs destroying Auburn.

Hoping that Boise will go down today! Go Frogs!

Rooting for Oregon tonight. Any thoughts on that game?

The Dream Team signings contributed in a big way this year in spite of the unbelievers
Crowell has been inconsistent, but has shown promise and contributed
Malcolm Mitchell will be a big time receiver
Signings on the defense have helped make it the best 3rd down defense in the country

Go Dawgs!
We will only have a puncher's chance against LSU (or Alabama)
But I will take that over a losing season any day

This!!! I'm so sick of people around here (I live right near State College) defending Paterno. Yes, he is not the one who committed the crime but EVERYONE who knew about it needed to be fired without question. If football and Paterno weren't attached to this situation then everyone would agree, but people in PA are blinded by their love of football and JoePa.

I'm glad I hate sports, it lets me take the PSU blinders off and look at a situation for what it is. (I actually didn't even know who Joe Paterno was when I attended Penn State!)

Everyone knows the media focused on Paterno instead of Sandusky, whatever, but I'm amazed that students last night rioted over a football coach being fired instead of rioting because victims who were abused were simply swept under the rug.

(Note: I do not agree with rioting, but a vigil for the victims would have been a more appropriate thing to do).

well put. while i love sport i do hate the (college) football heads who blindly follow the school of thought that football is king. while joe pa was/is a legend he certainly has lost a lot of ,if not all his, stature in my book. according to what i've read he knew* and he helped sweep it under the rug.

TCU gets in a 2-pt conversion with a minute left to take a 36-35 lead on Boise.

A&M headed to overtime after blowing another double-digit second half lead... :rolleyes:
 
Boise misses a short FG as time expires, TCU wins.

A&M and K-State headed to a second OT, tied at 38. I can't wait to see how we manage to blow this one (besides the obvious, already-blown unlosable 4th Q lead).

Ags and Wildcats now headed to a 3rd OT tied at 41. Cyrus Gray had 175 yds and two TDs on the ground with about 7 minutes to go in the game but has only had two carries since (see my signature).

K-State scores a TD in the 3rd OT, misss the two pointer.

And Jeff Fuller drops the game-winning 2-pt conversion. He was a can't-miss 1st Round pick but has been terrible most of the year.

Regardless of the outcome of this game, A&M needs to fire Sherman ASAP and hire Kevin Sumlin before Penn State does.

I would take the "over" on this one

Looks like the Dawgs will claim the East with a win over Kentucky next week

The West will come down to the LSU-Arkansas game
A win by Arkansas will make a 3 way tie and will go to the 7th and final tie breaker: BCS standing
