Who is #1 and #2 in the BCS?
I imagine it will be just about the same unless we fire Sherman and hire a new coach. The SEC is very average this year outside of LSU and Bama (better than OU and OSU but not by enough to make a dramatic difference in our crappy record) and Arkansas (we already play) and Georgia (might not play for years anyway).
I could see either LSU or Bama (assuming they win the SEC) and Oregon sneaking in, possibly OU, but if that many teams end up with a single loss there will be a lot of whining and crying, for sure.
Here's the real interesting question in that scenario: what if Houston wins out?
Hate to say it but just shows two things

We have the best QB in Boise State history. One of the best QBs in all of college football, and you use him to set up a field goal in the middle of the field?? With our kickers?!?!?

My cardinal deserve this loss, and all the collateral damage. As upset and angry as I am, this almost went as I thought it would. Our secondary missed assignments, tackles and got out run. Luck needed to show up and didn't. Our receivers dropped passes and our line fell apart.

Pssh. Lightweight. You want to see a terrible secondary, check out TCU's yardage against us tonight. They had over 500 yards total, and only like 36 on the ground. Three TD passes of roughly 6,000 yards each.
That's why we lost the game. Not another missed field goal.
Well, that and Coach Pete's mind-boggling idiotic call to set up for the field goal instead of use another couple of downs with :23 and a timeout left.
But, in our secondary's defense (what very little there is), our corners have been decimated by injury. Our two starters and one backup are completely out, and another backup is largely ineffective with a knee issue. Those were basically third stringers out there getting beat...
If you think that's ridiculous, then how about this nugget. If Houston loses either of its next two games, then Boise State will most likely be the first 1-loss non-AQ team to make it to a BCS bowl game.

Your best hope of that happening is Tulsa but I think Houston is going to make.
If Houston wins out they should be given a BCS game. They would of earned it.

Im not a boise hater, im just a bcs computer hater and since boise benefits from it's ridiculous ratings i tend to comment on it
