the knicks have been plagued by many injuries this year, and it's too bad because the team's potential is high. but I am afraid that amare and melo are just not compatible, and they will try to trade amare next year.
Boston takes game 7, and then there were four.
BOS/MIA and SAS/OKC.
Both series should be exciting, already can't wait.
(And since we won, I won't mention that BS charging call on Pierce that fouled him out. Whoops, too late. BS!)
Boston v. OKC please.
I'm only wanting OKC to win because I believe if the Celtics move on they will be easier to defeat. If Miami goes on to the finals, I want them to play the Spurs!
So if the Celtics can't win, I want the Spurs to win.![]()
My rooting order:
Celtics, naturally
Not Heat
Thunder
Spurs
The Celtics aren't the glitziest team, but they play with heart and leave it on the floor. I'm pretty sure most of America will be rooting for us in the next series. I'd be a lot more confident if we had Avery Bradley and Ray Allen wasn't playing on busted ankles, but crazier things have happened. Let's roll the dice once more.![]()
Agreed!
The C's had bad luck with injuries this season.
Green, Bradley, Allen, Pierce, Pietrus and one of my new favorites, Chris Wilcox. I really hope we can get him back next season. Hollins is useless, he has energy, but he lacks actual talent.
Bradley turned out to be a really good player, it's so sad that he got injured now.
(I can't root for Westbrook)
This thread is dead, but I'm resurrecting it because tonight's game was so bloody awesome. Go green!
Definitely a great game. I'm a Laker guy, so while it makes me want to puke, I'm happy the Celtics are in the driver's seat.![]()

LOL
That series is definitely about the lesser of two evils for most of us.
And how about both teams who were down 0-2, coming back and winning 3 in a row. The OKC - Spurs series has been fun to watch as well.
celtics baby!!!!
i'm ready to drop $250 to go to the game thursday.. now i just need to find someone else who will too

The dagger 3-pointer, right in Lebron's face. Hehe. You can easily find the one fan in that crowd that was about to be really, really happy.
That is friggin' awesome. What a great shot.
The Heat bother me because I don't like the idea of superstars getting together to win titles, but I also like this article by Rick Reilly:

That said, I've always disliked Bosh, I hate Chalmers, Shane Flop-o-Matic Battier, and most of the other Heat players. I think people resent their arrogance in thinking that signing Bosh and James meant instant championships for the foreseeable future. So they can suck it.
