I Found this on Amazon today.
    32GB ( 16GBx2 ) 1600 Mhz Laptop Memory 204pin
Product description reads, Compatible with most Apple products, I know this would fit in my 2012 Macbook Pro I'm just wondering if it could see and use all 32GB

Well, officially, Apple states that both the i5 and i7 models will support up to 8gb, but others state that it will work with 16gb just fine.

Ark states that both of those processors will support up to 32gb, but unless you REALLY know what you're doing and can get the speed and the CAS timing correct, I wouldn't recommend pushing your computer past its limits like that or you run a serious risk of burning it out. You're more than likely going to face thermal issues at the very least.

It won't work because the chipset is limited to 16GB

The CPU can utilise it but the logic board can't so in answer to your question no it can't.
