Yeah, the Chiefs are just dominating them tonight.

Easily one of the top 3 worst games I've seen them play of the Brady/Belichick era.

It's still just one game but they need to get **** figured out fast... undefeated Bengals coming to Foxboro next week...

This might be the new normal for the Pats.

I guess we'll see over the next 13 weeks. Stranger things have happened though than a 2-2 team turning it around and making the playoffs.. so don't write them off just yet. ;) That said, I'm definitely not encouraged by what I've seen these first 4 games.

Has Brady finally run out of gas?

It's not just one game; they've sucked the whole season. You have homer blinders on if you think otherwise.

He looks like **** tonight. But the offensive line is even worse over the 4 games so far... they're ****ing horrendous. The offensive skill players except Edelman haven't done anything either. Brady and Edelman can't do it alone.

Brady can turn it around if the rest of his offense starts to play like NFL players and not peewees. But this team is not even a playoff team right now.

I was talking about tonight. The D has looked good at points this year. Offense hasn't at all. Belichick is a ****ing moron for trading Logan Mankins, that's for sure.

The "whole season" is 4 weeks deep, there is only so much to go on. Last year at this time, the Texans were 2-2 and nobody could foresee the dark slide they were headed for. Get back to us at the beginning of November before you start writing the Pats' "as bad as the Ottawa Redblacks" eulogy.

Fact is, the NFL is pretty well balanced, the difference between 10-6 and 4-12 tends to be pretty slender. I would say the outcomes of a third to a half of the games might as well be decided on on which way a fumble bounces. Never underestimate the strength of mo' and good fortune (Luck, well, we shall see about him).

As much as I would love for the Brady-Bellichick era of dominance to be over..... I'm not holding my breath. I've seen this movie before.... Brady gets buried, people start questioning whether he's done and then he comes out and throws 5 TD's next week and the Patriots go on a run. Wake me up when the credits start to roll please.

I'll just leave this here.

Tom Brady's QB Rating:

2010: 111.0
2011: 105.6
2012: 98.7
2013: 87.3
2014: 82.9

I think its less Brady running out of gas and more the Patriots not really working at keeping or getting top notch receivers. Brady has no deep threat, cornerbacks can sit on the receivers without fear of them going long. The receivers they do have have dropped the ball too many times.

Though one of Brady's passes that went for an interception is mind boggling. Three defense players right were he threw it and no receiver. I don't get that decision.

KC exposed the Patriots for what they are in 2014, Miami did as well, but I don't think people were willing to except that.

I think the Pats will eke out a few more wins but I don't expect much from them. The only thing they have going for them is the fact that the AFC east looks rather weak this year.

Oakland fired Allen after an 0-3 start.

ITs not Allen's fault (completely) but I guess you can't fire the entire team.

Dennis Allen is a good coach working for a bad organization. He won't be unemployed very long.

Agreed, he was put in a situation that he really had no chance to succeed. He'll land somewhere no doubt.

The raiders need to clean house in terms of their front office and get some highly talented football execs to turn that ship around. Until they do that, they'll not really be doing much

It's amazing he was throwing that good at his age in a time most NFL quarterbacks are in retirement. Some QBs never even get to an 82.9 and Eli Manning, multiple Super Bowl winner, has a career QB average less than that. It's not the end of the dynasty like some say:

Brady is showing a natural decline due to age and cumulative injuries in this tough sport. I wouldn't count out Brady and the Pats just yet only four games into the season. Let's see where this stands at week 12.

So those who want to blame their receivers, wouldn't you want them on your team? Edelman is on track again for 100 receptions and 1,000 yards and that's better than some groups of receivers. And while the Pats have shown some lapse on D, it's still early and lest we forget the NFL best Giants D with Lawrence Taylor was Belichick's baby.

Being that the Pats are in a still weak division, they can still be atop the AFC East at the end of the season.

That was hard on us out west, especially with so much hope put into new players here and there who didn't do work for Raiders but blossomed later on proving we could still see talent. We can't be bad forever and perhaps there was too much negativity of local press put on the coach. Today the local paper also put the heat on Niner's coach but it's crazy when you consider we went to three straight NFC Championship games which should be a proud achievement on any other team. Yes, we went to five Super Bowls in the distant past and won all five but that in no way guaranteed that we would have won the 2012 season, too. All you heard about was how great Kap was as a new QB but not much about how the Ravens' D could also flourish. And when offense based football fans came in the next year to talk about another great QB coming into a Super Bowl he should win, a quiet defense won the day again.

Despite an aging QB and a mediocre receiving corps, The Pats have 3 big things working in their favor- The Bills, the Jets and the Dolphins.

The AFC East seems even this year. I don't know if the Pats can really pull ahead like they could in years past. I don't think they are good enough to go 10-6. 8-8 most likely wins the division.
