Even though I posted a big win by CAR, the Bronco D is a force to be reckoned with.

This match up determines who wins the game. If the Broncos defense can pressure Newton like they did Brady two weeks ago, the Broncos will win. If not, the Panthers will win.

Carolina has a run game and a functional O-line.
EDIT: as an aside, it was amusing to go back to the 2014-2015 thread and see the pages and pages of discussion about deflated footballs, most of which was fueled by incorrect information leaked by the league and played up by the networks in bed with the league. In this thread there's been zero discussion about the WaPo story yesterday and almost none about the original story alleging HGH was delivered to Manning's house.

Speaking of train wrecks, Maziel seems to be in tail spin. We might not see him play in the NFL again.
So Manziel is now under investigation for domestic abuse.
Anyone think any team will seriously pick this guy up once he's cut from the Browns? He has no work ethic whatsoever, even ignoring his off the field disasters.

As a Browns fan, I hope Jerry Jones has some interest in him. As a human being, I think you're right; he's doing his best to follow in the footsteps of Ryan Leaf and Art Schlichter.
It's not over yet, but if the Panthers keep playing like this then unfortunately Manning will retire a champion.
It could be 0-0 and it would still be more exciting than that other snooze fest with the same name
