I'm in Vancouver and it's now preparing for shipping. I ordered a couple hours after the keynote. 15" BTO
Not yet, Hopefully, we will be charged on next Monday or Thusday and have PFS on Thursday

Preparing for shipment but the payment hasn't gone through. Why does Apple want to stress me out on a stressful week
I ordered a stock 13" with 15-22 delivery date and I haven't been charged or changed to PFS.
They had to charge the BTO people because they are making a machine specifically for them, whereas they could just sell the stock model to someone else. I predict that we will all have a similar delivery date but the stock ones with change to PFS and charge a little later.
mine is the same too - Aus bottom of the list, starting from Z backwards.............
