does anyone know about shipments to stores? Due to my local store offering so much more services and ease of service I am will get my 15" 512G MBP with their first shipment. Does Apple ship out individual online orders first or split them up with stores

My 13 went Prepare for Shipment this morning. Card charged on Tuesday. 13 - 2.9 512SSD. Ship to California with estimate of 11/17-25.

So just be to clear, if we're at the PFS status, when it actually ships we'll receive an email? So essentially there's no benefit to checking the status page again right?

exactly. The shipping emails will sync with the status change to "shipped". Now there is nothing to do but just wait. My guess is they will actually ship tonight, and people will start getting them as early as Monday.

I am not surprised they did not actually ship last night to avoid Saturday delivers.

Still no movement in Switzerland. BTO 13" max specs ordered within minutes of the Keynote ending still shows delivery date between 17 - 25 November and card has not yet been charged. Doesn't look like we'll see any PFS until next week.

In my experience most people who has a shipping window that starts with 11/17/16 will receive it on the first day of the window. Expedited shipping will just mean the carrier will deliver it earlier in the day. This is still not as early as you can pick it up at the UPS distribution center using MyUPS. If we get to the 15th and yours is still not PFS, then I'd worry about a later date, but UPS will totally hold these stateside until Apple says they can deliver them.

Just spoke with Apple chat (again . . .). Only thing new to report is that orders are being slowly updated to reflect PFS status. They are swamped with orders, which is taxing their system and apparently the reason why some folks are seeing PFS but not all . . . yet.

I did ship to store, and my order showed PFS along with the earliest batch of people posting on here. I hope that means it shows up nice and early for pickup!

I'm pretty sure I will hold the record for earliest shipment with latest delivery window....I am in P4S since yesterday and my delivery window is Nov 24-30th....Apple thinks that I live in an igloo and will require a dogsled team to get me my MacBook Pro......:D

I live in Whitehorse Yukon Canada....and had confirmation email at 11:42PDT on the 27th...

Thanks for reminding me that I can have the Deliveries app track an Apple order directly! Hitting Touch ID to check via the Apple app was getting cumbersome.
