Exactly what time did you order to get such an early date range in Denmark? We seem to be many from Europe with Nov 17-24/25.
I still have the same 16-23th November delivery window here. Denmark also. But disappointing for you no doubt.
How did you do Express Shipping? Are you outside of the U.S.? Express shipping was not an option.
I was able to call Apple and get my shipping upgraded to EXPEDITED, but they can't do Express, even if you paid for it.
BTW, I ordered my 15" BTO right as the online store opened and it is "preparing for shipment" as of yesterday.
I hear 12/19 is the earliest known delivery date for store models, last visit early NOV, they had no models to show with Touch Bar. Special config is longer, 4-5 weeks ARO on the web site.
Considering 13" MBP (for my main computer). Upgrading from 2014 model MBPr. Keep the same processor- i7. There's only $100 between the two models I want.

- MBP 13- i7, 3.3GHz 4Core, 16GB RAM, 512GB, Intel Iris Graphics (no upgrade option) OR
- MBP15- i7, 2.6GHz 4 core, 16GB RAM, 512GB, Radeon Graphics 2GB
The MBP 13 is not available with 4 core (quad core). I decided to go with 15 inch because of the quad core
Yes, i am from Denmark, so we had the option to do express shipping.
Talked with Apple today, that said that if it doesn't arrive earlier than my fellow countrymen without express shipping, i will get the extra fee back.
Man, this thread is exploding faster than our old "Waiting for skylake…" 
Interesting that you had the express option in Denmark, but I didn't have it in Sweden. Oh well, it is quite frustrating that we are seeing all these people get their PFS statuses and the whole of Europe is stuck on Processing..
You are right. And also not with the Radeon graphics card. Do you know if the integrated graphics is capable of driving dual external retina displays? I would like to see an external Touch Bar keyboard in the future, as well. Have you heard about this?
My current MBPr machine will do all of this, at least in theory. Its Broadwell chip + Radeon card is looking better and better to hang onto for another year. That plus there may be an external keyboard and Touchbar USB-C (or USB3?) in the offing down the road. I use my laptop closed clamshell about 75% of the time and it has completely replaced my need for tower or other desktop machine. I want the same functionality and more in the next lap-top I buy. So I may be out this year.

I am in the UK and my card was charged/preauthed for the full amount today (13" BTO ordered around an hour after the keynote).
Credit card still shows

Sure, although pending transactions only ever appear on mobile banking, not desktop, so there's not much to see (price includes some dongles + education discount):
