When you order, they list it as pre-installed... Wouldn't be surprised if they insert a drive that has it on the image when you order the software and hardware together.

Thunderbolt 3 - Usb-C?
Till now, in my mbp(late '13) I have 3 cords connected:
- magsafe (for power)
- thunderbolt-to-ethernet adapter (for network)
- usb cable that goes to a usb hub (many usb devices)
How I can cover these needs in the new mbp?
I suspect I need adapters, so give something practical to see/search(ebay/whatever)

That's not something we'll know until they show up on our doorsteps. According to several reps, it actually might delay delivery.
I recommend checking out the thread dedicated to dongles, but you will need something like the apple digital A/V adapter, plus a USB Hub with Ethernet (available on Amazon US store).
My delivery date is Nov 23-30. Not sure If Apple already charged me… It's possible but not 100% sure.
I have Nov 17-24 which I got from ordering at minute 57 directly after the event.
I ordered a 13" base right after keynote and originally had 17-25 range but I just checked and it now says 11-18 but still processing and no charge (as of 2 pm eastern), located in VA. Anyone else with stock builds seeing movement?
Estimated delivery date just moved up to Nov 15-21 from Nov 21-25!! Located in Canada (Montreal). Ordered 13" base, stock model, minutes after keynote ended.
Still "processing" and no charge/auth on my credit card yet, but I'm hopeful since it looks like next week I'll be getting the device!
