Poorcody,
Did your order ship today?

It's encouraging that you went from a Wed. to Tues. delivery. I don't see that kind of change on my end but hopefully that will be the case for most of us.
Yes, I woke-up to the shipment notification this morning. 15" BTO ordered a couple hours after keynote.

For those saying that their credit card was authorized but no final transaction made from Apple....

Same thing happened to me.

However, SECONDS ago, I received an emailed invoice from Apple that my card was just charged.

Done some schedule-crunching for us UK people (who are all stuck on processing... grr):

Based on UPS's Time and Cost Calculator, the very latest our MacBooks must be collected by in order to arrive on Wednesday is 5:30PM local time on Monday. This is 9:30AM UK time.

So if we don't get shipping notifications by tomorrow morning it's game over for 'launch' day delivery.

Fingers crossed...

[EDIT: This is based on a door-to-door shipment from the address of the exporter in Shanghai and an address in London.]

I used the my ups choice to change my shipment to be picked up at the distribution center now its telling me it can take an extra 2 days on the delivery has any one else done this is that true....?

Hey guys so here's an interesting one:
Charged on Monday, stayed in the pending section until Friday then it fell off the card since the charge wasn't posted by Apple. Went into PFS after the charge fell off and then I get a shipping notification this morning, UPS arrival Thursday or Friday, but I'm still not charged, there's nothing even pending on the card. Anybody else have an order ship without being re-charged? As of now Apple is about to put my computer on a plane without having any money for it...seems odd to me.
Same thing happened to me. Charge disappeared yesterday but I got a shipping notification this morning. I also used a capital one card too. Here's to hoping I get a free MacBook Pro lol.

Still Preparing For Shipment.

I think that's bull.

All the processing center is doing is holding your package instead of putting it on the truck that morning.

I do that all the time with my local center and it never delays an Apple delivery.

I would call UPS and talk with a customer service rep to get confirmation.

Question... (and this applies to many of us)

For those orders shipped today (Sunday) out of Shanghai with a pending delivery date of Wed. the 16th.

via FedEx Express

What are the chances that it will be delivered Tuesday the 15th?

Unless Fedex tracking page shows Tuesday for delivery I highly doubt it. Although mine shipped Saturday with UPS and I'm getting it Monday. So there is a possibility.

So technically our status should move to PFS right now.

What I need is for people who were at the tail end of the Nov 14-27 window to get shipped so mine gets close to shipping hehe.

Nov 28-Dec 6 here.

Damn I didn't realize I missed this window! I Dec 6 - 12. Guess I have another couple weeks before seeing movement. And I ordered less than 24 hours after the keynote!

And just to add something to this: the shipment must be booked two hours prior to collection. So, if there is nothing in UPS My Choice by 7:30AM tomorrow, no MacBooks for us on Wednesday.

I changed mine as well and still showing the original date for pickup. You might want to call them.

I wonder how you got pushed to the Dec. 6-12 slot. I ordered about 48 hours after the keynote and I am on the Nov. 25 - Dec. 2 slot.

I think chances are high. It shipped from Shanghai on Sunday, but that was Saturday here. If you check the flights, it's already made the trip to Alaska AND Tennessee...the tracking information just hasn't reflected it yet.

I live in Richmond, VA. Which is only an 11 hour drive to Tennessee, so I'd say I have a good chance of Tuesday...possibly tomorrow (Monday) but I'm not holding my breath for that one.

Nice to see another stock order not shipped out yet. I am in the 3-4 week slot though. I am now getting convinced these are either on the plane that shipped out this weekend or are already in the U.S. and then will be marked as shipped once they start their route in the U.S.

Possible. Otherwise I don't see how Apple could ship from China and have it delivered tomorrow as it shows. However, I do live in Indiana. Not far from Louisville.

That is of course assuming that Apple don't have some sort of special contract with UPS which of course they almost certainly do with the amount of packages they will be shipping direct from china to destinations all over the globe.

We can hope.....

(Not that I would expect mine to arrive anyway as I ordered the day after and I'm Nov 25 to Dec 2)

With financing maybe... My order was not fully confirmed until the credit company used in Sweden transferred the money to Apple. Was 3-4 weeks when I actually placed the order, and 4-5 when the payment was received, so that's what I got.
