2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Just shipped! Mine is going via FedEx even though I didn't call to upgrade to expedited shipping for some reason. No ETA yet. Located in the US.

Edit: Ah, just went back a few pages in the thread and see that others are going FedEx as well now, presumably to fill the orders more quickly by using both them and UPS.

Same in my case. However, I'm in 3-4 weeks bracket. I looked at the Best buy page and they will have 13" with Touch bar 11/16 available - 1799USD and 1999USD. Looks like Europe is in second wave.
 
I also ordered minutes after the shop went online and got 16 - 23. November with a 2 - 3 bracket. So: the 16th is the day after tomorrow. It is possibly going to be a sad day...... (15" base with 512 GB in space grey).
 
My 15" MBP (ordered the afternoon of the announcement) just passed an "Export Scan" 15 minutes ago in Shanghai. Scheduled for "early delivery" on Thursday; Washington State, USA.

refreshing the order page every 5min. Germany over here. Whats wrong? No CC charge, still processing order. Ordered 5min after the online store came back on. 15" BTO 512GB. :( Come on! I want my new macbook this week!

Thanks again, Brookzy! I was finally able to call the Apple Store DK support and indeed my MasterCard was accepted instantly over the phone. I tried 3 times over the weekend, but the Apple Store back-end was just not having it.

So all is well now. Well, expect that the order is still processing. :(

The support staff couldn't see anything beyond that status. I'm still in the 16th-23th window and he said that while I might have lost a day or two on this drama, I should still get it in the original time frame. He assumed that the MBP's would be send from China instead of a warehouse in Europa, but I think he was guessing more than knowing.

Nah I'm pretty sure that your BTO will be send from China. It is really uncommon that BTOs are delivered from european warehouses. I'm in the 3-4 week window but I really hope I will get it by November 25th. Would be the perfect birthday gift to myself lol.

yes but who in right mind that need usb type a, hdmi sd card will buy a dongle for each and not a owc usb-c soxk for example?! the hate is real

I called Apple from Denmark today to hear whats up.
He said my card was charged (I cant see it) and he expects it to ship within the next 2 days.
I asked about the rest of EU and he said that there was no delay.
I also said that we will be getting tracking as soon as it get handed over to DHL/UPS.
So don't expect it to magically show up from Europe.

Did you happen to speak to a guy with an accent and very bad danish? I had to swap to english to properly talk to him
