UK custom spec order, placed just seconds after the keynote ended changed to Preparing for Dispatch yesterday evening.
Same shipment as yours. In SYD but "connection delay-customs Recovery actions underway" 12.59 16Nov. Down for Friday delivery.
Any rough ideas when phase 2 of shipping will be? if they are doing it in phases that is

Well I was in the same situation. FedEx made it to Memphis TN yesterday, I had an in transit scan at 8:47am, was hoping it would make it out to chicago by today. But now my tracking shows it's in Alaska, and has a clearance delay? Does anyone else have this issue?
It's trying to make its way to Chicago, why would it go from Tennessee to Alaska, when chicagos only 9 hours away?

Mine is on the same flight. Last scan was also Pudong Airport @ 11.30 on the 15th. My delivery estimate is still Monday, nut I am really hoping it comes Friday. My 2011 MBP is dead... I have tried everything

Well mine must have been on the same flight.... as its last scan was around the same time.
Must be unloading in Brisbane, and held up in customs
A question to all the lucky ones with the new MBP 15": How is the heat/fan noise when doing ordinary things like browsing, watching videos on youtube, etc? All previous models ran pretty hot and much noisier than my 2013 13". In fact the fans on mine are silent almost 100% of the time.
Does the top of your page say it's in anchorage, Alaska? I don't have a scan in Alaska, but the top where it mentions the last location, it says Alaska :/
Hopefully this doesn't cause a delay! It was supposed to be delivered to Chicago tomorrow. If it's released today and catches a flight, it should still make it to my local FedEx location in time for tomorrow's delivery. At least I hope it will!
Also woke up to the same thing :/ hope it gets cleared quickly. I dont think its in Alaska because there's no scan, hope its an error
Mine does say Anchorage. I was hoping for an early delivery today but I guess that's not happening lol. I'm in Richmond Virginia.
Mine made to Memphis yesterday morning, same time frames as all of yours. Then to Phoenix yesterday afternoon, but I won't know if it is on a truck until after 8 am this morning or if it will sit all day and be delivered until tomorrow like scheduled. Has anyones had theirs come a day early with FedEx? I know some with UPS have said they have come a day early! I am hoping it comes today. I won't be home tomorrow after work as I am seeing Fantastic Beast with a group of friends! So, I would rather get it tonight to set it up, I know, I know... what a horrible life.

I was hoping for the early delivery today too! It would have been a easy drive or a quick flight from Tennessee to Chicago yesterday.
Really hope it still comes tomorrow like originally planned!
Did some research on this, it looks like our packages might be delayed an extra day than original delivery. Also, some people mentioned calling Apple about this might help, as they are the ones not providing documentation, not FedEx.
Hopefully it's an error! That would make no sense to send it to Alaska when it needs to come like right back!

But maybe what the other person said was right and they are already in the US !
Right, mine was in Memphis TN yesterday, but now it is "ANCHORAGE, AK" under the big red "Clearance delay". Although it is still "MEMPHIS, TN" in the latest Travel History.
